I use to love this place but since it came into new ownership, it’s neglected. The equipment is filthy there is NEVER adequate paper towels or cleaner spray in the beds, the bulbs in the beds are all burnt out to the point there is only one bed available. I paid for my husband and myself and was never able to get the new owners to come up and get my husband a fingerprint and code nor was I offered the compensation for him not going. The bathrooms are getting gross. I think after my membership is up I’ll go somewhere else until owners take better care of the place or it’s under new management, OR someone is hired to tend to the place daily and make sure things are in order.
