Awful management and culture. I’m in recovery and run a nonprofit for veterans in recovery. Today, I was told that to keep my “recovery rate,” I’d have to relapse. Their exact words were, “In order to maintain your recovery rate, you’d have to fall off the wagon.”

So instead of rewarding people for staying sober, they penalize them for it. That’s not just unethical, it’s dangerous. This place promotes relapse instead of recovery and mistreats clients who are trying to better themselves. Unless you want to be verbally abused and disrespected, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this location.

Amazing studio and I believe its the only one in Oklahoma City that does true Bikram Yoga. Owners and instructors have a big heart for everyone.

i only took classes here for a month, over a year ago and have since moved back to california. i miss this studio all the time, there are no bikram studios like this in orange county or anywhere near me in socal. this place is a true gem and i wish i could teleport to okc just for these classes.

thank you bikram yoga okc for showing me true moving meditation, i am forever grateful for the wonderful experience i’ve had here and will continue to long for your scorching classes in the carpeted studio ❤️❤️❤️

I was in town for a conference and stopped by for a 60 minute hot yoga class. The studio looks very nice and everyone was friendly. I had a great time!

As a beginner to Bikram, I found the instructor, Lauren, was an excellent guide, the studio has a non-intimidating atmosphere, and I definitely enjoyed myself.

This place used to be so awesome, but in trying to appeal to a wider audience, they've lost a lot of the essence of Bikram yoga. They're down to only two 90-minute classes per week, and they've become much less professional and meditative. They've had a lot of turnover of instructors and some of the newer ones seem less focused on creating a true Bikram-style environment (Oh, Matt, I miss you SO much!!). I go to Bikram for the meditation--the challenge forces me to focus all of my attention on the instructor's voice and the postures, and I rely on them being the same each time. The instructors now go off script a lot more and allow students to hurry through the postures rather than being present in the moment and waiting for the instructor's cues. In today's class, someone (rudely!) asked to have the fans turned on and, rather than suggesting they just step out, the instructor actually stopped to accommodate them. We then ended up having less time and so did one of the postures only once. Because of this one rude person, everyone else had to have their concentration interrupted. I get that the instructor was trying to be nice, but indulging this person took away from everyone else's meditative practice. Bikram OKC seems to have forgotten about the focused, meditative aspects of Bikram in favor of being more like every other yoga studio, which is disappointing. I drive a fair distance to go here, and it's worth it to be able to practice Bikram yoga. If I wanted just everyday "hot yoga" (which is what they seem to be aspiring to), I could go to a studio closer to home.

I dropped in for a class while here for work, and Tina was great. I had never taken a Bikram class before, and it challenges you in a different way than flow yoga classes. There were two men in the class (one who was probably more advanced than all the women in there), so this studio is very welcoming and inclusive. I will drop in again when I’m back in OKC!

We took the Bikram 90 minute class and had an awesome experience.

The teacher was very enthusiastic and gave us excellent training.

The room was heated very nicely and was very spacious and big enough to be least three people deep.

The floor was a very thin carpet that I actually liked and was actually more like a fuzzy mat than carpet.

They had a shower which was awesome to take after class especially being on the road in a van.

The shower was very clean and the studio in general was very clean and organized.

The class was $20 and we were also able to rent a mat and a mat towel.

We did not have to wear any masks and not have to be vaccinated thank God. :-)

We actually even had the choice of getting adjustments by the instructor which was nice after two years of no touching etc.

I love coming to Bikram Yoga OKC! I have been practicing Bikram for about 5 years in Thailand and when I moved to OKC I was super excited to find this studio! The instructors are amazing, the studio is super clean, and the over all environment is exactly what is needed for an amazing Bikram practice!

In my 10 years of Bikram yoga (in 5 different states) I can honestly and easily say that Bikram Yoga OKC is by far the best studio I’ve been to to date! The staff are so welcoming and earnestly want to get to know every one of their members. The studio is pristine and every member is so happy to be there every day. I’ve been to so many snobby studios and this one is far from it. They took/take Covid precautions very seriously from the start! And want everyone to feel welcome and to have an amazing experience. Matt and Sherry know how to make the incredibly difficult class feel like a breeze and so meditative. If you’re looking for a yoga studio in OKC, look no further!

I was invited, by my good friend Cody, to try out Bikram OKC for the first time! I’m so glad I came. I also made my reservation through Google, which was awesome (great experience with that). Kayla was so welcoming and the class flowed so well. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This place is awesome. All of the instructors... Tina, Sherri, and Matt are extremely welcoming. Friendly faces every time you walk through that door. I’m very thankful for the studio and for the instructors. I can just tell how passionate all of them are for Bikram yoga. They challenge you to keep going and do your best and they encourage your breath. This is by far the best hot yoga studio I’ve been to.
There’s clean showers available, and they even have products that you can use.

Lovely studio, clean with large hot room. Good heat and ventilation system. Nice changing rooms with showers and plenty of room. Appreciated that Tina gave many good alignment cues and helpful corrections. Friendly place, easy to find. So glad to find this studio for visits to OKC.

Some kind of anti-American graffiti is plastered up on the storefront. Can't believe management hasn't gotten it clean; really kills what should be a peaceful, relaxing vibe here.

High end venue. My girlfriend guest taught here and I took her class as well as several other classes from different instructors. Amazed this place is not more popular. Confident it will be with time. Reasonably priced. All levels and experience welcomed. Worth mentioning how amazing one feels upon completion of a class. Such an awesome practice. One of the city's best kept secrets!

Bikram Yoga OKC is AWESOME. I don't have a bikram studio where I live now, but practiced when I lived in Orlando, FL. It's been 15 months since my last class, but I was able to buy a week pass this week and I'm reminded of how much I love it. There is nothing like this workout. I absolutely love that its the same 26 poses each time, and I can see tangible improvements each time. I love how athletic it is. I love how mental it is. I love how the instructors know just how to push you. And I especially love the (new?) 60 minute option for class. I travel to OKC for work, and it is such a treat when I get to come to this studio. Highly highly recommend. This type of yoga is just SO good for your body.
