Walked in and was immediately welcomed by Brian (I hope I spelled his name right). He showed me around, talked to me about my goals, gave me solid advice, and was just all around a nice guy. The staff was also great and got me signed up fast. PLUS the prices are very fair! 10/10 great gym!

Ever since this gym has gone under new ownership a couple months ago things have improved massively! It’s super clean with great equipment and an incredible atmosphere. The people who run it are friendly and really care about their members. Do not sleep on the best gym in the Sand Springs area!

Awesome gym that’s is always clean. The gym is family run and the owner is almost always there so you can talk to her if you have any questions. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The gym has basically everything you need.

I have been a member here for almost 2 years. Shelly, the owner is extremely caring and on top of maintenance or any other issue you bring up. The gym is always very clean and there are tons of sanitation and cleaning supplies available for wiping down equipment. Great place to work out.

Insanely run down gym. I have been a member for the last 8 months here.

I brought up concerns regarding the condition of the gym that the weights are broken, the machines squick when used and all benches are wobbly. Instead of fixing the issue , the owner and their staff comes rude at me that nothing is gonna change since they are under financial stress and I can go ahead and cancel my membership. This is some really weird disgusting way of running a business, and shows me how much they care for their clients.

I can see why so many people have left this gym and struggle to even work out here. Ps the music is horrible and when asked to play different music, I was told that they won't change. I am a very patient person and the fact that they are so rude which caused me to loose it today shows the plight how run down attitude they operate this place with. Please join a different gym.

My fiancé and I absolutely love this place. The owner is so caring and the staff becomes like family. The gym is always clean it’s 24/7 they offer so many great things you wouldn’t find at a big gym and they genuinely try to help or accommodate everyone the best they can. It’s very family friendly and we love it here!

You won’t find a cleaner, friendlier, less-crowded place to work out in than Reality Fitness. The owner takes immense pride in cleanliness. Anytime she has a few minutes, you will see her cleaning, cleaning, cleaning! She is very proud of her little Reality Fitness community and we all adore her! Come say hi and see for yourself. It's not as new as the other gym but the membership is in my budget. An the ppl who go there are low key and friendly and the staff...I never feel like I am not good enough to be there..no show offs..just ppl getting in shape..the saff is always helpful too..

I just got a membership today..I really like the vibes..an it was clean and you can feel the family orea..the staff was great and as I have bad arriths in both my knees. I needed a place to add legs exercises to my journey of weight loss..I was 546 pounds an I am down to 244 so I have a lot of sagging skin and didn't want to be looked at weird..I can tell already that reailty fitness is my place to be..

Terrible gym, restrooms are with locker rooms in small room so smells like pee. The equipment is ok. But then they end up finding a way to charge you an extra month when you cancel. I ended up having to move out of town last minute and didn't cancel, my fault but when I called they could see that I had been paying and had not been in for over 3 months but still would not work with me and are charging me yet another month even though I have already been giving them 3 months of free money. Sad that their customer service is not more accommodating.

Shelly is wonderful. Great spirit and truly helpful. Rejoined after permanently relocating to the area. Love the cleanliness and comfortable gym atmosphere. Machines, weight, and equipment are organized in an intuitive fashion. Ladies restroom is always clean and stocked with toiletries which is nice. Membership price is something you can't beat for the quality plus it's never crowded.
