My 8 year old daughter attends class here twice a week as well as doing the power tumbling sessions. We also like to take advantage of the parents night out events they offer. She absolutely loves it! Every coach she's had has been friendly, attentive and inspired a lot of confidence in her. The other staff goes above and beyond as well to ensure a great experience. We had just recently missed sign up for the summer day camp and Bounce Academy returned my call over a weekend when they didn't have to just to make sure my daughter was able to enroll and attend. We are very happy with how things are going and excited to see our kiddos progress!

Highly recommend. Great staff. There we 2 party groups of kids there for birthday parties. Staff is friendly, helpful and made sure the kids were safe and had fun. Kids had an absolute blast. The giant swing was a super hit. Zip lines, foam pit, trampolines, tumbling mats and many more things for kids to run on, jump on, climb on. fall on and swing on. Area for parents to sit and relax while kids enjoy activity after activity.

Our family has been coming to Bounce Academy for going on four years. This is our son’s third year on the Bounce boys team, and I just have to say that the staff and coaches here could not be kinder or more positive. The facility is the best in the state in my opinion (and we’ve been to plenty of gyms for competitions), and there’s a large area upstairs for family spectators.

Birthday Party Home Run!!!
We Celebrated my Grandson’s birthday party at Bounce Academy. The staff was so attentive to all of the children, making sure that their experience was top-notch. The Girls’ Helped me set up ahead of time, asked me repeatedly if I needed anything and how could they help me. Overall this was just a delightful experience. I highly recommend this venue And so would my Grandson.

As far as birthday parties go, it all depends on who’s working it. My daughters friends party last year was fun, and the kids were doing all the activities. However, when we had my granddaughters party here, they not only rushed us through are last 30 min with the cake , but they hardly let the kids do the zip lines or interact with them at all. Also we were charged for 2 more kids then we had playing at the party. There was another party at this time as well, so maybe they got charged 2 less kids. Ended up paying a very high price for a party that should have been a lot better. Yes we let the facility know, but that certainly didn’t change the fact that we spent almost 250 after party, deposit, and tip , and then didn’t get the party we thought we were paying for.

They make you feel rushed trying to get you in and out! They don't allow you to get on equipment as an adult yelled at my brother for getting on the trampoline. If I want to get on equipment as am adult who cares I will sign a waiver to protect uoir company! You can only be there 15 mins prior to set up so rushed once again. I won't be back!

First time taking our 4 year old to any gymnastics location and after the 2nd week, I have to say I believe we chose the right place. They have a great viewing area from above to watch the kiddos. We randomly chose Molly F. as her instructor for our time slot that works for us and she has been attentive & enthusiastic with the kids.

Place was a lot of fun for the kids. They got to use all the equipment. The foam pit, zip line, a rock climbing wall and many others. The young man working with the group made sure all the kids had a great time. One of, if not the best bday party ever. Kids were worn out when we got home.

We went for a trial class last night! I was super impressed with the attention every kid got! The "class" sizes were small enough that I felt every kid truly got a 1:1 experience with time in between to practice on their own!

The gym was beautiful inside and very clean! Lots of different areas they got to work/practice/play on.

My only need for improvement is that as a new family we were very confused and there wasn't really a welcoming situation so we were lost. The lady on the phone that set us up did a great job preparing us (thanks again) but once we got there it was overwhelming! We got it figured out there were enough I guess coaches that were looking for lost people I think! They were able to get the kids to the right spot pretty quickly!

Also I love that the kids get temp checked ajd have to wash their hands but no mask!!!!

I am not sure well be able to sign up all 4 kids due to tuition, yet, but if we can make the money work we are definitely using this gym! I recommend 100% and we are not even members yet ;)

Was there today and not very impressed. First impression was stinky. I mean bad and overpowering. Second was told no adults on the mat when I was with my daughter by the foam pit, I walked off only to see my daughter struggle to get out until other kids and a mom came to help her out of the foam pit. Moms were apparently ok on the mat. The place was just dirty and not friendly. Clock watching closer than kid watching. So stinky!! Not happy at all.

I had my daughter's 8th birthday party, with 28 kids, & I do not recommend this place at all. Most of the party showed up on time, & they had then wait to go play at about 6:35 which I didn't really care at the time. The employees weren't nice at all when the kids were playing She kept telling the adults they couldn't be with the little kids (like under 3 ) & that made alot of my guests upset when our hour was up of playing I got cake and ice out and sang and then presents, The last came in and told me I had 5 minutes untill i had to leave so I am rushing to get her to open her gifts which was wrong Our party was the last one the the day. She could have gave me a few more minutes The employees started picking our room up & after she was done I got our stuff & went to the front to pay Me and her dad split it so we paid and then I asked her what her manager's name and number was she said she is the manager and I said okay well I would like to speak to your boss she said they weren't available and I said well I will figure it out on own & I don't appreciate how you treated me and I will never recommend this place for parties and she said agrued with with saying that I broke the rules and such this lady was not nice to my kids or anyone & the total cost was 368 plus a 50 dollar deposit I took a picture of her and I will do everything I can to get her removed from birthday parts because my daughter didn't deserve this. No one does

This place is absolutely great for the kids. Been here for a couple birthday parties. There's a parents night out on particular Fridays where the kids and come play for 3 hours. It's about $20 which is a great deal for 3 hours. Must register ahead though. We'll definitely be back.

We had my kid's birthday party here, and it was amazing! The coaches have parties down to a science! They helped and supervised while the kiddos were playing and corralled them when it was time for cake and presents. A coach even wrote down each present and who it was from for thank you notes. And of course, cleaned up after we were done. I was able to just enjoy the party! It was awesome!

My daughter has been taking weekly gymnastics lessons here for years. The staff is friendly and her coaches have been excellent over the years. The coaches have all been good with the kids and help them learn. We have had an overall great experience.
