I have been going to this gym for several weeks and I love it. I signed up for a 12 week program and loved it so much I signed up for another 12 weeks. I have made so much progress. I have not finished and already lost more than 20 lbs and increased my strength. I have worked mainly with Jonny and Lizzie and they have both been great. My custom plan has been challenging and effective. I feel the this gym is great value for the money.

I cannot stress enough how amazing Jon and Jamie are as well as the other trainers when it comes to engaging and uplifting during each and every workout.
The atmosphere is not something you will get at another facility. Everyone that attends is friendly and always willing to give a helping hand or uplifting word before, during and after a workout.
it is a community that will help push you to be better, but at your own pace with the right amount of motivation when you need it.
i have not found another type of workout or gym that gives you a whole body workout that has you mentally ready to come back the next time and grind again.

I have always loved cardio-focused exercise (running, fitness classes, etc) and felt a bit apprehensive about weight lifting. My friend asked me to give King’s Gym a try and I reluctantly agreed. I was accustomed to running on my own time around my neighborhood or doing workout videos in the privacy of my own home and I wasn’t looking to change that. Knowing that weight lifting is an important part of overall fitness (especially as a woman in my 40s), I gave it a try. Now I am completely addicted to this kind of workout. I have never felt so strong and fit and I have certainly NEVER experienced such dramatic changes in my body from my workout routines. King’s Gym workouts are perfectly designed for ultimate muscle strengthening AND cardiovascular fitness. I couldn’t be happier with this program. However, I think the part I love the absolute most is the atmosphere. I feel comfortable, supported, and never embarrassed. Jonathan, Jamie and their team are so nice and helpful as are the others who workout there. I give King’s Gym my highest recommendation.

Kings Gym has been the perfect way for me to get motivated to improve my physical health. The owners and trainers get it. Your chances of making long-lasting positive changes in your health habits are greatly improved when you have a space and a community where you feel like you belong, and where everyone wants to see you meet your fitness goals. Your current fitness level matters not one bit. It's all about steady progress and trajectory. I love the focus on strength training that still incorporates some cardio. I have been a part of a few different gym/workout routines in my life, and Kings Gym has offered me the best experience yet.

I love Kings gym!! I’ve tried several other gyms but this one is definitely my favorite!! The workouts are posted for you so it takes all the thinking off you. It’s a great variety of cardio and strength so you’re able to get everything you need in the class time! Smaller and more intimate than some of the others which is a great feeling… the owners, coaches, and clients are fantastic!

I've been at Kings for almost 2 years. When I 1st started I was afraid of the weights. I didn't want to get "bulky". But with the patience and guidance of Jon, he kept pushing me to challenge myself. I'm 44 years old and I have never been stronger. The community is so positive, friendly and encouraging. There's no judgement only uplifting. I love this gym and my 5am family.

I love King’s Gym! It’s a different experience than most other gyms. The workouts are challenging, different every day with working different muscle groups, but also can be made to fit whatever your fitness level is. The owner is always accommodating to any special life circumstance and is so invested in his clients.
It’s a small group style workout. There’s typically four 10 minute blocks, two cardio blocks (rower, bike, and optional outside running) and two weight based block (free weights and then a barbell). Coupled with a healthy diet, you’re for sure guaranteed results. The other clients are always super friendly and welcoming.
I would never ever try another gym! Kings for life!
