Burn Boot Camp in Oklahoma City features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. Always an awesome experience at every camp. Trainers motivate and other members show up. Great mix of exercises that incorporate strength and cardio. We love Burn! My family and I love going together! The workouts are as fun as a workout can be, and the trainers and Burn ambassadors are friendly and wonderful.
I started going to Burn to stay in shape after "retiring" from competitive gymnastics, and it was the best decision I could've made! If you're like me and are used to someone else telling you what your exercises should be, then Burn is the place for you :)

Burn is the best!! I started during the 3 weeks/$75 deal after not working out for 3 years & I’ve stayed ever since! I have to feel very comfortable in my workout environment to stick with it & the front desk staff, trainers, & other members have always been very welcoming & helpful! I love that the trainers always show modifications for each workout in case you need it & that no two workouts are ever the same!!

I absolutely love Burn South Oklahoma City! The trainers are great. They know your name! And they remember injuries, limitations, health history, etcthat is important in my training. They push you, encourage you, and modify for you if necessary. The Burn Ambassadors are friendly and make you feel at home. It’s always fun to catch the videos or pictures online after camp to see if you “made it” on the stories!
The elephant in the room – the cost. Yes, it IS kind of expensive. But it is SO worth it. If you are someone who sticks with your investments, the cost is a good thing. You’ve got some skin in the game. If you know yourself and know that spending the money means that you will make yourself go work out then it’s a good thing for you.
Sometimes you need the accountability that comes with specific camp times as opposed to a gym where you can go whenever you feel like it-because you may never feel like it. And you’ll get to know the people you work out with-people with the same routine as you.
Give it a try! It will kick your butt-in the best way!

Joined in March and absolutely love this place. Challenging workouts ranging from body weight to athletic conditioning to weightlifting. Trainers are friendly and knowledgeable and push you to get the most out of yourself. It’s a class setting but at times feels like a 1:1 coaching session when trainers come around. Floating floor feels amazing especially if you have issues with knees and feet. Childcare is available and the kids seem to enjoy it. This facility also has a shower room.

I have been part of this amazing community for over 5 years. The entire staff is amazing. The Trainers, truly care about your health, nutrition choices, and life as a whole. The front desk staff always welcomes everyone with a smile. Then the child watch staff is so great with my kids by keeping them safe and entertained. I have brought my own friends and family and have met so many new friends who have become framily! Go try it out, you won’t regret it!

Burn is hands down the best gym and community I have ever been a part of. I started almost 5 years ago on a 3 week trial and never left. It’s the gym that got me through two pregnancies and postpartum recoveries. There are modifications for every part of your fitness levels and the trainers are the best at helping you in your journey. Burn has become my second home and keeps me on my toes at every workout.

I joined Burn South over a year ago. It has been the best decision I've ever made. I was struggling with what I thought was health issues at the time but discovered it was mostly stress related. I have never been stronger mentally or physically as I am now and the best part is that I have made wonderful friendships. It's a great community and they motivate you to be a better you. Want to surround yourself with people who genuinely care about you, your goals, your health, and your success? Then this is the place for you! When I moved to Oklahoma in the spring of 2024, I knew that I needed a gym community. I was hesitant to go to Burn because I was afraid I would be too old, or too out of shape (or both!), and the drive was pretty far from our house (20 minutes). I tried several other places, but after visiting a few times, I knew this was the community that I needed! I felt welcomed from day one! The floating floor is a God-send to my “old” joints, as is the air conditioning! LOL! The trainers invest in every member and make sure that we know how to modify exercises to meet our individual needs. The workouts are challenging and change daily so that we are never bored! I’m so thankful for Burn Boot Camp and the positive impact it has already had on my life!

I joined burn bootcamp about 2 years ago and honestly I have enjoyed every second of it. The trainers are amazing they have pushed me to limits I didn’t even think I could possibly reach. I have gained so much confidence in myself over the last few years. Burn has also gifted me a lot of new friends, which I love. I love the family like feeling. I’ve been going to Burn South OKC almost two years now. The staff were very welcoming and really tried to help with form while also being reassuring that you can do hard things! They offer free child watch to their members and that in itself is such a blessing!
I’m in the best shape of my life and while I have been attending this gym for two years, I can honestly say that the workouts have not gotten any easier or less challenging! Complacency is not an option in this gym! The community is phenomenal and will help push you to your fullest potential! I’ve found my community and made some amazing friendships along the way! Can’t recommend them enough!

Love this place!! I started during Teacher Appreciation Week in 2023 for the free week for teachers and I’ve been here ever since 😊 the community is unmatched - I’ve made some forever friendships here and the accountability is awesome! The workouts are challenging and just what I needed - being able to turn off my brain and have our awesome trainers guide us through the workout is my kind of workout! I’ve become more consistent with the challenges they do throughout the year and being able to say I love working out and seeing progress is a huge win and I couldn’t do it without Burn :)

Everything about Burn SOKC is amazing! When I first stepped foot in their sister gym in Norman 3 1/2 years ago, I had no idea how much Burn and the people here would change my life for the better. The trainers know me, know my struggles, know my goals - and they push me in the best way to be better ever day. Love this place! Moved here 10 months ago & was coming from another Burn. & I knew no one. They welcomed me with open arms on day 1. The staff & trainers are so sweet & encouraging. They really truly care. It’s like a big family. I love that they help you modify to literally any season you’re in.. pregnant, postpartum, through an injury, coming back from an injury, age, ability. You’ll get a good work out in no matter what. The childcare is also a God send! I wouldn’t be able to work out without it. Love me some Burn South OKC! :)

I saw a promotion on social media and wanted to check it out. They said to start with the 3 day trial and I knew I would want to stay after day 1. It is hard work but always a good workout and something different! Everyone is super sweet and encouraging. The coaches are all very helpful and gracious. The childcare is a huge blessing for me because without it it would be hard for me to find a time to go. I love the accountability of the classes because it's hard to be motivated when I'm alone. I'm thankful I tried Burn 💙
