Burn Boot Camp in Owasso, OK features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. Just had my very first Burn Boot Camp class and it was incredible! The coach, Kristen, was so energetic and all of the members were so welcoming! It was so nice being in a community that was having fun and getting a great workout so early in the morning!

I started on a weightloss journey 8 months ago when I found Burn Boot Camp Owasso, because of this amazing community and one of a kind trainers, this journey morphed into a fitness journey for me. I have lost over 35 lbs and 4 sizes. I am strong and an active participant in all things in life now. I look forward to my time at Burn everyday and love my community. It has forever changed my life and given me confidence and mental clarity in ways I didn’t know I needed. Just show up, that’s it. You won’t regret it!

The community is like no other! Love this place and the different workouts every day that are for every fitness level. I love how focused they are on form. I’ve been coming for almost a year and a half every day and never get bored of the workouts. The coaches and people are like family and truly want the best for you in and out of the gym.
So glad I joined and have never looked back since!
Oh and 20 pounds down and lots of inches. Woohoo!!

It happened to be Leg day! Needless to say I wobbled for 3 days after. Such a great workout and awesome environment .

Burn Boot Camp Owasso is the best. The coaches and members have quickly become like family and I look forward to making camp daily. You are able to modify the exercises up or down depending on ability and they meet you at your level without feeling any shame or being left out. The coaches encourage you and really hold you accountable and genuinely care about your health journey. Even when you feel like giving up, there is a coach or another member encouraging you and giving you a high five. This is much better than your average gym and well worth the membership! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place! The trainers are amazing and really care about each person working out there. It's a feeling of a community rather than a place to just work out. The camps are 45 minutes of very challenging workouts, but you're really challenging yourself. I feel stronger already. If you are looking for a place to get healthy, you must come and give it a try.
