Very nice gym with a lot of free weights. Very clean, open 24/7 (front desk is open 7am-7pm), staff is friendly and helpful. They do offer childcare in the morning, if you need that. Variety of cardio machines, as well. They also offer tanning at a great price! Overall I am very happy with my membership and plan to keep it for many years.

24 hour gym. Generally pretty clean. Well-organized. A tad pricey for what you're getting, but convenient for the rural area it's in. My only real complaint is that some of the equipment gets run down and broken, and it stays that way.

I personally have only went to this gym and only this gym but it is well insulated has an AC and all the equipment works + the backroom for abs/Yoga (though I personally don't use the backroom. Can't wait to come back

My husband and I have been members of C & D Fitness since before Covid. At first we thought the desk clerks were nice and we'd be supporting a local business. The equipment was a bit old, but in working order. Nothing has changed with with facility in all the time we have been members, except the AC not working, Machines being broke down, fans breaking, and quite a bit of turnover with the staff. During the summers it gets ridiculously hot in the facility (because the AC is either broken or it can't keep up with the Oklahoma Summers) and they only had 1 fan for the entire facility (then it broke). When we said something to the desk clerk regarding the extreme temperatures, we were told "I left the owner a note." No fans were purchased to help with airflow, and it continued to feel like a Sauna. As a person with asthma, I signed up for the membership, because I can't always walk outside due to high humidity and heat. When the heat and humidity is the same inside as it is outside, that's a problem. The owner did nothing to address the problem, and a friend of mine (that I convinced to sign up at the gym) was told " If you don't like it, then cancel your membership." That's what we did. My draft on my Credit Card comes out on the 1st of the month, and today's the 12th. On the cancellation form, they wanted to charge my card for an additional 30 days on September 1st for 54.88 and have my membership not actually cancel until September 20th. So, I'd be paying for 40 days of a membership that I have cancelled.
It's very concerning that ownership wasn't willing to spend $50 on a fan or two, but expects me to keep paying them for their lack of upkeep and unprofessionalism.
DO NOT GO HERE!
This gym was our only reason to go into the downtown area, so our tax dollars will not go to the local grocery store, feed store (friend went there), gas station, etc. Our tax dollars will now go to a different community. All this because the owner wouldn't purchase a couple of fans.

Iβve had a membership here for a few months. As it heated up this summer we began to complain about how hot it was and that they needed more fans. For 3 weeks nothing was done and the owner would not contact us. We finally brought in our own fan just to have some air flow! I have COPD and the humidity in the gym was overwhelming. The attitude of the clerks at the desk and the unresponsiveness of the owner made me get a membership elsewhere. Then I am told I will be charged for the next 45 days for a membership that I have cancelled. I will be disputing any charge made on my bank card past todayβs date. Run far away from this gym. Itβs probably very telling that at every time I have gone In (between 3-6pm) there are less than 5 people there.

40 dollars for one person, one month membership or 30 per month for one person if you set up automatic payments. Childcare is included from 830am to 11amish, but you can use the childcare room after hours if your kids are old enough to entertain themselves. It's a 24 hour gym, so you can get a workout in whenever you feel like it. Staff are helpful and the clientele are cordial.

C & D is a solid gym. Some of their equipment could use a tune-up. Mostly their dumbbells, simply because they are tightened by bolts and they come lose sometimes. Otherwise I suggest bringing your own music, obviously, as well as not to expect state of the art equipment. However I have been lifting here for years. It's inexpensive and a good gym to get lost in and bang out some weight.

Don't do business with this lady. She's a thief and a lier. I went in almost a year ago today to change my membership to single. For some reason I assumed I paid $65 a month for the 2 of us. My boyfriend never went with me and I decided it was a waist of money to pay when he doesn't go. The young man working at the gym was very nice and put in the order for the Owner to change the membership to a single membership. Everything is always auto drafted & I do check it periodically. I did notice that there was $54 Coming out of my account. I thought it was high and asked a friend who knows this lady. I told her I wanted to cancel, & really wasnt happy with the gym because its mostly outdated machines and the price is to high for what it is. Now I didn't tell her what I was paying only that I wasnt happy. She convinced me to stay and Wendy (owner) charges more because it is a small town gym and can't afford to bring down prices. I thought about it and said fine, I don't mind supporting a local business instead of a franchise. Well I decided to go ahead and cancel after she called me about my card not going through because my bank had gone to the chipped and I hadn't meet with her before now to give her my new info. When I went up there I found out I had been over paying $25. a month for a year. Wendy never took care of the membership change. She had the audacity to tell me its all my fault that I never caught it & that she will only give me 2 months of free gym membership. NO she owes me pretty much 11 months to be exact. I told her the misunderstanding in my part and I was willing to except 6 months and she could keep the remainder of the months she owes me. I felt I was being more than fair since It was HER JOB as a business owner to make sure her customers are taken care of. Not say " oh well, sorry about your luck. You should have caught it". Wow!!!! Good way to run a business there!! So people if you had or have an account with her, you may want to rethink it & plus make sure you are paying the correct price because it will be the CONSUMERS fault not the incompetent owner who doesnt do her job, then blames it on other People. Nice!!!
