The best place around for a health shake, not a big tea drinker but I so am now. Their tea is amazing .the variety if drink choices is one if the best things their is literally something for everyone. Very friendly and welcoming environment. It has such good vibes. The workers make you feel at home. The little sayings are the cherry on top. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

For just $5, I got a great workout, a delicious shake, and had a good time! I attended one of the group fitness sessions with my mother. Mason led the six of us (a small but very diverse group) through a warm-up and HIIT while providing helpful/positive feedback and plenty of modifications. Afterward, he made us all shakes and gave us some great nutrition tips while everyone chatted. This is a cozy, judgement-free place with friendly/knowledgeable people. Go check it out!
