I'm so happy to have this wellness center in Poteau. Jordan is a great trainer and has a very good senior fitness class. He is very upbeat and motivational, while encouaging us to listen to oir bodies and modify moves, as needed. The only downside is the center has been without a yoga instructor for months. Yoga is so important for maintaining strength, flexibility, and positive outlook. I prefer to take yoga classes there, and hope they can arrange to have an instructor soon!

My experience was so so cause I was made fun of by the employees and some of the other people coming in to workout. And it was my first time there. I didn't appreciate that I wasn't given any dignity or grace to just have the respect and peace I deserve no matter what the reason was for they jokes and laughing at me. Everyone should not be mocked or made to feel like they are less than especially a veteran!

This facility is impressive. The staff is friendly and willing to help. The facility is clean, organized and I was pleased to even see rare pieces of equipment that most gyms cannot afford to have. There is a CrossFit gym also attached to this facility if you prefer that style of training. This place is an excellent option for training and worth a visit!
