I love chrome! I've been attending aerial silks and lyra classes and the instructors are helpful and encouraging. I'm not very athletic/in the best shape, but these classes are approachable regardless of physical aptitude.

I had a great time! I've no upper body strength and have gained some weight so I've been looking into sampling new hobbies and experiences that might help me lose weight and have fun.

The class was inviting and fun. I took a pole 101 class but didn't realize that I selected a course that was several weeks in so they were doing more advanced things but I still tried everything and the 1.25hr went by so fast!

A fun community of circus freaks and movement lovers. Chrome is perfect for every one of any skillset, from absolute beginners to absolutely advanced looking for challenges. They teach almost every aerial apparatus and pole class imaginable. Would definitely recommend!

This place changed my life. When i say that i mean that i went to my first class FULL of self doubt. I wasnt sure what to expect and in spite of feeling all kinds nervous, i found myself having so much fun with the other students . The instructors were kind and accomodating, they found alternative ways for me to do certain moves that worked best for me and showed me how dance is a celebration of what i can accomplish even on that first day with ZERO dance experience. So i kept coming back. I got stronger, made friends, and began loving myself unapologetically. Turns out when you're surrounded by people who celebrate what you CAN do , cheer you on when you succeed, and encourage you when you dont.... you find yourself loving life a bit more. I know exactly where id be right now if i hadnt found this community and i am lucky to be a part of the Chrome family <3

Attended a pop-up for Sweet & Spicy. Unique place. The owner is extremely friendly. Many Unique boths/stores around perimeter & a bar in the middle. Tables & chairs scattered for eating, drinking, visiting with friend. Lots of exciting events coming. Very unique. Reminds me of the village in the 70s! Fun.

Amazing place to train for people starting out or experts. Chrome has a beautiful, spacious, and clean pole and aerial studio. The teachers do an amazing job of making everyone feel comfortable and welcomed. The classes are a great party idea, or if you just want something fun and physical to do.

I had a great experience training with Mickey as a biggener and will definitely be back!

They also offer open gym days if you want extra practice throughout the week!

I had such a fun time with BB in heels choreo & freestyle! She gives great instructions, is beautiful to watch, and encouraging to her students. The studio itself is cute and ready for your star moment with phone stands on hand for your recording at the end of class. The studio seems to also have thought out progressive classes as well. I’m pretty sure this will be my okc pole home.

This studio is awesome. They are willing to train anyone that is interested in the sport. It is a newer studio that offers a verity of classes for all levels. Also, a 40+ class which is a super bonus because it can be intimidating when practicing with younger students. Male and female classes are integrated. What I think is very important, classes are taught in a series so that progress can be achieved before moving to the next level.

Literally was so fun ! Instructer Alice was so nice and fun and helpful did not mind going over things more than one time and wanted to make sure everyone could do it ! Took my first pole class yesterday and I am going back today ! And I even was so excited I practiced more at home and I 2 pounds during by the next day definitely a good work out !

We had a bachelorette party event here (we did a private party) and it was probably the most fun this group of girls has had! Lots of fun and a great price. Jeanette was a wonderful communicator and helped me through the easy steps of the sign up process. Our instructor was Nay, and was probably one of the sweetest people we have met. Her teaching was clear and she taught us two routines. We have never done pole dancing before and she helped us pick it up quickly. Enthusiastic and just a fun person overall! We enjoyed it immensely and we will be back any time we are in OKC. 100% recommend this for anyone wanting to try this.
