We are a private training facility. Old school mentality with new school principals. The music is loud and we don't have televisions on the wall. The AC is set on 82 for a reason! Honestly the best gym. It's a small group of people dedicated to getting stronger. They have simple rules. Re rack your weights. Keep the place clean. It's really that simple. Billing is simple. It's the same price all year round. You want to stop, there's no penalty. I go at kinda peak times, there's max 4 or 5 people in the whole place. Give it shot. I'm sold.

For the price it is pretty good. The equipment could be a lot better. The barbells are all poorly maintained and some of the ends are close to falling off. Some are seized up and won't spin freely.

If you ever plan to move and need to cancel your membership do not go here. I have called and texted several times and he is still charging us months after canceling and had not reached back out to me about fixing the situation. The actual gym experience while my husband went there was very good. They had everything he needed and the place was very clean.
Update: After posting my review they got back with us and apologized and promised our membership would be immediately canceled and they would refund us the months that it should have been canceled. We were very excited and pleased, but this morning they charged us yet again. We’ll be calling again or going to my bank to block them from charging my account. Will update if it does get fixed.

Very nice place ,old school type of gym ,when you come in you know what your there for ! There are no TV s just gym music an weights 💪 if your serious about training this is the place an its 24hrs ,whole different level than your average gym 5 stars definitely 👍

Just started training here. Great so far. Everyone there seems motivated and is putting the work in. Owner seems really chill and easy to get along with. Hardcore gym vibe without feeling like they’re trying too hard.

Unknowingly had dirt on my shoe and was confronted by the staff and was told i was banned. He said i knew it was you so you can call the owner before you come back but you need to leave i told him i didn't know i had dirt on my shoe i told the owner the same thing and said i would clean it up and asked what i needed to do to resolve it. Only to be told it's been resolved, zero tolerance. Got along with everyone in the gym and enjoyed lifting there, only issue was the manager has always seemed arrogant andws very rude, that and the owner sided with him immediately and refused to do anything to help the situation. Peace off! ✌
