My favorite boutique gym to visit! It has everything you need for strength, cardio, and cross training! Very affordable, friendly, relaxed, and safe environment. If you're tired of being in a crowded commercial gym where no one minds their business and tired of paying $200 for luxury add ons you rarely use. This is your new home gym. 🏋🏻‍♀️

as soon as I walked into clif I felt welcomed by the friendly staff and atmosphere. I’ve never felt more comfortable at a gym than clif, everytime erik and maylee are working they always greet me as soon as I walked in. I always enjoy the protein on fridays!

We've had a wonderful experience with Clif Fitness! We had a membership in the past but had to cancel due to moving further away. However, we couldn't find anything similar, so going back to Clif Fitness was definitely worth it. The staff is amazing, and the cleanliness of the place is impressive. The protein balls are a great addition, and the gym has a real family community feeling. Highly recommend!

I love Clif Gym! My husband and I were members for years and our kids grew up loving going with us! We moved across town but am considering making the extra drive to go back to Clif because I’ve been looking at other gyms lately and the other gyms are all dirty and seem to have a lot of chaos going on. Clif was always clean and had sanitize available and Lindsay and Josh treat you like family! The best gym I have ever been to by far! I don’t agree with any of the negative reviews when we canceled due to a move it was simple and easy! It says in the paperwork to give a 30day notice and that’s what we did and had no problems.

Such a great place with all the right equipment!

I like to box and they have plenty of room and like 5 bags. Four water filled teardrop bags which are great for hooks and uppercuts and really being able to throw hard punches since the water bags have a good amount of give.

They also have a nice, big, contoured heavy bag so you can work on hooks and uppercuts to the body while also hitting it like a normal heavy bag. This is great for being able to work really long combinations in sequence on the same bag since the contours allow you to land punches from any angle you want, really.

Three of the four walls are covered in mirrors so you can really keep an eye on your stance, posture and form regardless of where you are while working the bags.

Bonus points and extra credit for the towel service, clean locker room and the nicest amenities and cleanest facilities I’ve ever seen in a gym in Oklahoma.

The cliff gym sent me to collections after about a year and a half after I stopped going to cliff, they were requesting me to pay over a year in gym fees even tho I had canceled my payment and stopped showing up completely. They claim they have a contract but I never signed one regarding payment, we tried to pay with cash to avoid the entire situation but they refused and told me they don’t accept cash, only card.

Outstanding! This is going to be my new gym. Went in for a tour and found this to be the perfect gym in size, space and accommodations.

I saw 👀 two personal trainers and they were very friendly and attentive to their clients.

Enrollment cost is $54.00 and monthly $45.00 but it is well worth it I believe. There is also a nutrition bar inside for grabbing a good smoothie on your way out. Can’t beat it!

Their cancellation policy needs to be reviewed. I cancelled by email in June, had $0 payment in June. Due to travel and work and pandemic I was unable to go in person to cancel, yet they kept on billing me till I went in person and cancelled.

An honest membership agreement to start. This is the greatest gym. It’s such nice place. Great staff. The owners do mighty fine job of keeping a great environment. There’s no hidden fees the agreement is straightforward and they don’t have hidden costs or fees. Even though it doesn’t have towels a steam room or sauna, It’s honestly better than Lifetime fitness, I was a member of lifetime over six months paying 130$ a month, and this gym is one of the only gyms that offered near the same amenities for a better price. Also the facility is cleaner then lifetime. It’s truly a much nicer facility. This is a great local business!

This is such a great gym. They have a great family atmosphere, and all of the equipment is brand new. Everything is always clean, the staff is always so friendly, and the price for a membership is unbeatable. We toured with Kim, and he is one of the nicest people I have ever met. We are so happy to have found this place!
