I visited the South Tulsa location for an Intro class and from the moment I opened the door, the employees turned my intimidation and nerves into confidence and comfort! Jara is the perfect personality for an Intro class! She was engaging and witty, explained things thoroughly, demonstrated the movements, encouraged us along the way and praised our efforts. At the end of the Intro class I already knew I absolutely wanted to continue with a membership. The front desk gave an informative chat offering packages and pricing - Zero pressure bc the class spoke for itself. I highly recommend taking Jaras intro class if you’re wanting to try Reformer Pilates, you won’t regret it!

Been gone for 3 weeks, in Hawaii! I walked and walked and snorkeled, yep, oldest person on that boat by far!, and hiked all over, so scared of literally being exhausted, my sedentary family was, but no! GMA survived with a couple blisters but no muscle issues at all!! Could never have done it without Pilates. Jara keeps things so interesting and fun! Dang, hiking pic on DIL's phone. I was very excited today only to run into a painfully obvious disappointment when I told Connie I wasn't prepared to purchase a pair socks for $24.00 not knowing whether or not I would commit to the program. The attitude shift was quite palpable and offensive. I rescheduled. However, I am now sure I would not feel comfortable in this type of environment.

I’ve been doing Pilates for a few months now and everything has been great. The club, the classes, the equipment all excellent. I haven’t been inspired to leave a review until today.

My membership credits were supposed to renew and didn’t. The gm called me back and was SO helpful and I felt like she really cared. It was an issue with the 3rd party. She initially couldn’t help me, but she was so friendly and eventually we got it fixed.

First time here today and had a great experience. I was greeted by friendly faces, asked if I had everything I needed and was able to start class right away. I absolutely LOVE scheduling workouts with Jara (“Sara with a J”). If she has classes, I ALWAYS schedule with her. She talks throughout each of our movements, but not in a rambling way. She is constantly reminding us of the form we should be using, how to modify, how to make things harder, and things to be careful about. It makes the movement go by so much faster. She always clearly explains what is coming up next so there’s no confusion. She is the exact right amount of fun! On cardio workouts, she cranks up the music with some really fun jams. Her workouts always go by really fast. She makes a point to address me by name every time I come in. She is completely and totally engaged with everyone in the class. She is never distracted or visiting. She is present and aware. If someone misunderstands the movement or is using harmful form, she will step in gently. She praises us when she sees us giving it all we’ve got. She is funny and sweet, and my absolute favorite! Club Pilates on the whole is the best workout regimen I’ve ever done. I recommend it to everyone.

Great place to workout with great environment + lots of very knowledgeable instructors. I love the big offer of classes during the day / week.
If they’d use a microphone during class would be even better though.

I’m still learning about the equipment, vocabulary and correct way to do Pilates. I also need to know how to modify the movement we are doing. Linda, never forgets about me. There are a FEW Instructors that are great but the establishment itself is run by people who take complete advantage of their employees and create a toxic environment. Every single instructor that works there would do better elsewhere or on their own instead of being managed by sycophants, most of which haven’t a shred of contemporary Pilates education whatsoever.
