I thought at first I was going to like this gym more then planet fitness because it was open 24 hr even on weekends that’s the only reason I switched. But quarter of the time there was no body working at night therefore I could not tan or use the massage chairs which sucked that’s my main thing I go for.

Hey, Josh R. here at Colaw is so cool, y'all! He showed us around and was totally nonjudgmental and wholesome. You know how some places you feel like you're taking up their time/energy? Not here! Josh helped and answered questions amd of course I had to sign up. I appreciate the gym's core values, their hydrobeds, recovery boots. Their gym is clean, bright, straightforward. The bathroom/locker room/showers are like a fancy hotel, state of the art. Thanks for your help, Josh.

I really enjoy this gym! The staff and fellow members are always friendly, and the facilities are generally clean and well-maintained. However, there are a few things you might want to consider:
Peak Hours: The gym can get quite crowded after 5 p.m. on weekdays, so you may want to plan your workouts around that time.
Changes to Perks: Some previous perks have been discontinued. For example, the $5 plans now cost $7, and the bring a guest for free offer ended on September 1, 2022.
Massage Equipment: While five brand-new massage chairs have been added, the massage beds now require you to enter your badge number to use them, which can be inconvenient if you forget it. Also, starting a massage chair session now requires going to the front desk, which can be a hassle—especially when staff are hard to find. Previously, you could just hop in and press a button.
Cardio TV Issues: The TVs in the cardio section are unreliable—some are frozen, some are blank, and one on ESPN flashes off every 15 seconds. A simple power cycle of the TVs or cable boxes might resolve most of these issues.
Inclusivity Suggestion: While free tanning is a nice perk, it’s not particularly beneficial for people of color. To make the amenities more inclusive, I suggest replacing one of the tanning beds with a red light therapy bed.

The attendant Josh (I think) was very nice and informative. I forgot his name but he is a tall african-American young man with light skin. The Gym was clean and looked well kept and maintained. I will update this review after I spend some time there. I was a bit put off by the Christian literature for sale. I don't believe that religion and business should be mixed. But that's just my opinion.
