I came back to pilates after a VERY LONG hiatus and I'm so happy I came back to Core. I felt so welcomed by the owner and the instructor. The class was incredible and I felt so supported from the moment I walked in to the moment I left.

Pilates studio with instructors from different backgrounds. Personally I needed to take some privates to gain confidence in the reformer, but there is a 101 (beginners) class that’s also a good option to learn. Scheduling is via MindBody app.

This pilates studio is the absolute best! The space is bright, beautiful, and clean. Dallas, Feran, and Gemma are all phenomenal instructors and I can't wait to try all of the others. After every class I'm refreshed, elongated, and I feel like I got a fantastic workout. If I had the time to go everyday, I most definitely would. Thank you Dallas for creating a peaceful and lovely place to practice pilates.

Love this Pilates studio! I attended my first EVER Pilates class with Kasey and she was so friendly. I showed up a little early and let her know it was my first time. She introduced me to the reformer and let me know what to expect.

The studio is beautiful, people are friendly, and classes are challenging (in a good way!) I highly recommend Core Pilates Studio for anyone looking to work on strength and flexibility.

My wife turned me on to Pilates years ago, and I have always found it to be a great workout. What I have found in Core Pilates is a studio that I love to be in. The owner, Dallas, is amazing and so welcoming. Whether you are a beginner just testing the waters or an old timer like me, you will love your experience at Core Pilates.

I’ve been a student of Pilates for eight years. I’ve taken from a few studios in Oklahoma City and many studios across the United States when on vacation. Every instructor is different, and I feel that I have chosen many that are good. However, Dallas Noerdlinger is the best Pilates instructor I’ve ever experienced. She is kind, will push you, but “magically” knows your limitations. She is the most balanced instructor I’ve known, and gives you a hard workout that deceptively doesn’t feel that way. Her cueing is spot-on. She understands the human body, and by discussing this in class, helps you be more aware of where movements should be occurring. I don’t know how she does it! On top of that, she just updated the studio and it is even more beautiful. I highly recommend this studio!

Truly the best Pilates studio ever! I dropped in after I noticed they had remodeled and felt so welcomed! The instructor gave a lot of individual feedback and seemed super knowledgeable. Core Pilates is definitely a challenging studio for fitness buffs/Pilates experts but makes beginners feel welcome.

Beautiful setting, professional equipment and many classes to make scheduling easy. This place has kept me working out because Sarah, Haley and Sherry are the best instructors I have ever encountered. Pilates is challenging, but the results include strength, flexibility and pain free joints!
