I came here last night as I've just moved to Edmond. I must say it's one of the better Crunch gyms I've been to! Very spacious with a ton of good equipment. And tge front desk staff was very nice. I'll definitely be coming here more often!

I've been going to Crunch Edmond since it opened and have seen great progress over time. Housekeeping has definitely improved, though there's still a bit of room for improvement—early mornings can sometimes mean full trash bins or low supplies like towels and spray. That said, off-peak hours are perfect for avoiding the crowd, especially when the after-school rush hits and equipment gets busy.

One of the biggest perks has been Kids Crunch—both of my kids absolutely love it. The staff is great, and the entertainment options like movies and video games keep them happy while I get my workout in. Overall, it's a solid gym with great potential and a lot to offer!

What a joke! I stopped by to see the facility and I have to sign in and now I receive a daily text to join Crunch. I have stopped by two times to have my number removed and I was told that I have been removed both times and the next day the texting continues.

First week using this gym and already disappointed. It’s too hot, was no toilet paper in bathroom stall I was in, RIDICULOUSLY busy at 5:00/5:30 time and couldn’t use some weight equipment. Then, I went to use a treadmill and couldn’t because they were using the treadmills for a class! Seems to me you should have a separate room of treadmills for a class. With as busy as it is, you don’t have enough treadmills already but now are taking up a bunch for a class. Then, if you are up there working out you then have to listen to the trainer on a microphone. So far, not impressed!

Nice gym. Way too crowded, even at 5:30am. All of the Gold's memberships from Danforth and Bryant are being transferred to this Crunch location, so it's only going to get busier. The front desk person was almost bragging that they have 10,000 (?) memberships. Yikes.

Joined basic membership 9.99/m with 12m commitment. They offer an hour long kickoff trainer orientation to get u to sign up for more hours but don’t get pressured to buy in!!!

5 star on the equipment
3 star on locker and shower design
Zero email acknowledge from Elliott the Manager
?unknown membership adjustment/termination

Great variety of equipment👍. Vibrant community and it’s 24hr.

I hit the sauna after each workout but they failed big time with locker/shower design; small 2 person benches is just too cramped and a major contrast to the spacious gym area. No shelf in the shower plus leaving your bags/belongings on the floor is pathetic. and no trash can to be found so be sure to bring it own bag🤦‍♂️. It’s like they ran out of space to properly build a comforting environment like they did everywhere else. Then again these essential missed may not be a red flag for many but it’s my first (month’s) impression. Vasa, lifetime fitness or even the local Y has better shower facilities as compared to a new gym.

I emailed the local main man but I’m sure his hands r tied with corporate policy and red tapes

It's been such a great place to work out. Always plenty of equipment available, and you can't beat 24 hour access. The extra amenities take the whole experience above and beyond! My trainer, Addie, is the absolute best and I am excited to get to continue to grow in my fitness at a top-notch facility with a staff that cares about my fitness and overall health.

I have had this membership since before it opened. Cleanliness is huge for me and it is top tier! I absolutely love everything about it the classes, the Hydro massages, the red light therapy love the cardio, machines, and the weights availability. Just joined Crunch Fitness about a week ago and these gyms are amazing. I've already been to 3 different locations since I travel around Oklahoma City a lot. It's great that going to multiple gyms is an option. The staff at all locations are super friendly and helpful. They have a lot of equipment and many different options for weight lifting. They also have personal trainers and classes. Another bonus is the red light therapy, hydro massage, hot saunas, and tanning beds included in the top 2 memberships. My favorite location is the Edmond branch but they are pretty much the same. I've been weight lifting for over 40 years and these are top tier gyms that I would recommend for anyone. I've been taking my 14 year old son and he loves it.

This company will lie to you and give you the run around!!!!! Buyer beware!!!!! I was a member at this gym when they first opened, until just a few days ago so a year and a half almost the personal training is great , Eric is very talented. I had surgery and had got a note stating I would be out for a 8 weeks and communicated with the manager, I was told all forms of payment would be on hold. They took out an additional two payments which equaled to almost 500 dollars. I talked to the gm was told the money would be refunded, two weeks later it was never refunded… I talked to the gm (Corey) a few days ago he said he would put in for a refund, still haven’t gotten it, nor have I gotten a call from him saying it has been entered. I loved the gym and I’m sad to leave it, but I feel disrespected and lied to. There is no corporate number and the one that is on the internet goes no where and hangs up on you. This company doesn’t care that you have been there and loyal for a long period of time all they care about is the next buck they get. It speaks volumes why they can not keep staff and they have a hard time keeping personal trainers on site or happy. At one time I loved the gym it’s just very sad that it turned into this. If I do not get my money back my next steps will be to turn it into fraud on my account. I hope it doesn’t turn into that but I feel like when there is zero communication with the manager than i will be forced to that situation.

Update: Since I made this post, they have had someone cleaning every time I come into the gym. That is how a business reacts to a bad review. Good job Crunch. Thank you for a clean locker room and gym.

Old Post: I’ve been a member here since December 2024 and usually come a few times a week. The gym itself is fine and has the equipment I need, but the locker rooms are consistently disgusting and unsanitary. The floors need to be mopped multiple times a day, the sauna and showers should be cleaned multiple times daily, and the lockers themselves look like they’ve never been wiped out.

I like coming here to work out, but the locker room conditions are unacceptable for a fitness facility. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves cleanliness because it’s the one thing that really brings down the experience.

If conditions improve, I’ll leave a better review. If they don’t improve, I’ll be changing gyms.

The facilities are always clean and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. The personal trainers are amazing and worth the extra money. If it weren’t for Thomas, I probably would have quit the gym already. He pushes me past what I think my limits are and cheers me on the whole time. Definitely recommend not only Crunch, but also Thomas if you’re looking for a personal trainer.

I had the pleasure of working with Mataya at Crunch Fitness this summer, both in her classes and through personal training, and she is incredible. She is meticulous about paying attention to your positioning and technique, which makes such a difference. She continuously reminds you of small adjustments that can improve your results without putting strain on your back or knees, like placing your weight into your heels during squats and presses, which has helped my arthritis tremendously.

She’s also great at reminding you how to breathe properly during exercises. That simple guidance has improved my stamina and allows me to push a little harder in both strength training and cardio.

Mateya’s classes and training sessions have not only guided me in building strength but have also contributed to a huge improvement in my arthritis. I only wish she had more classes added to the evening schedule. She’s that good. 🙌🏾

I’m also enjoying the push I receive from Thomas, which really guides me when I feel like quitting, as well as the motivation and encouragement from Andrea to keep pressing toward my goals. I love these classes, I’m enjoying my personal training, the membership costs are very reasonable, and I highly recommend this gym.

My husband and I love going here. We go multiple times a week and sometimes every day. The Kid Crunch employees are amazing and our two boys love going. One evening in particular, I guess the KC employees weren’t there and there were some other gym employees filling in. They had reach capacity because one employee was going home leaving one behind. The guy was super nice and apologetic when telling me but at the same time another gentleman came in reworked the schedule to accommodate my two little ones. There was only 2 hours left of KC being opened so I appreciated that!!!

This location has some very petty people that work there . If you bring a friend to work out with you they accuse you of training them . And if you bring a bag with your shoes in it and walk in with slides they want you to change immediately I recommend lifetime ! It’s the best ever they don’t judge you and anyone is welcome

I have nothing but good to say about this location. I recently joined and I go about 3am and there is maybe 3 or 4 other people there and everything is clean and nothing misplaced like other reviews have stated. If you go during peak hours yes you're going to wait and the gym will be full but that will be any gym you attend not just crunch.

Crunch is a good gym — solid equipment, good layout, and usually not too packed, especially during lighter hours. But the heat? Still way too much. Even when it’s not crowded, the place feels hot and stuffy. At night, it’s not worse, but it’s definitely still too warm for comfort. You’d think it would cool down when the sun sets, but nope — the air just kind of sits there. Great place to work out, but the temperature makes it feel like you’re doing cardio before you even start.

Typical gym billing issues- Had bank account on file for draft, they randomly start charging a credit card in May for an extra $2 processing fee instead of my bank without my consent.

Cancelled online, had to pay 2 months with a $4 processing fee due to their error.

Gym itself has went downhill too, they over saturated the members, so it's packed and basically unusable most times. Waiting on machines. Cleanliness went way downhill too after opening, dirty around many areas of the gym, and restrooms are disgusting.

I've went back to using our clubhouse gym, this one has become a major disappointment. Won't be back.

I’ve tried a lot of different gyms throughout Edmond—many of them are great—but my experience at Crunch Fitness in Edmond today truly stood out, all thanks to Desiree.

From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and immediately made me feel welcome. I had a ton of questions, and she took the time to walk me through the entire facility, explain everything in detail, and make sure I felt comfortable and informed. Her professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude made a lasting impression.

The gym itself is fantastic—clean, well-equipped, and has a great energy—but Desiree was the highlight of my visit. She represents everything you’d hope for in a staff member and truly elevated my experience. I’m so glad I stopped by today, and I’m excited to be a part of this gym. Thank you, Desiree!

This is only because it’s pretty clear the staff needs to have a meeting and come to a general consensus about their tanning rules. And the woman that was so rude today and decided to lecture me and my adult child like we were bad kids for some sort of apparent rule we have never been told was just flat disrespectful. My son and I signed up online and started attending Crunch only about a month ago. When I first started tanning, no one ever said anything to me at all about eyewear and I tanned no issues for probably a week and a half two weeks. Then a manager actually asked me one time if I had eyewear and I kind of laughed and said I’ve never been asked that before and he said oh well that’s a problem. I’ll have to have a chat with people because you’re supposed to have eyewear or we can provide stickers. It was not an issue. I took the stickers and I’ve been tanning for more than two weeks using stickers every time. No one has ever said a word to me about needing to buy goggles or not being able to use stickers every time. Until today, and when the woman first said it, I expressed to her immediately that I was sorry and I was never made aware of that. But then she proceeded to start talking down to me and acting like I was taking advantage of freaking stickers, and being condescending like it’s just $5 for goggles. She was telling me I wasn’t gonna get to use the stickers anymore. It felt super aggressive and like I was in trouble when it was a rule, I was never aware of and no one had ever told me about buying $5 googles. Then my son was immediately behind me to tan too and I expressed to her that he was with me and that He will also need stickers because he didn’t know either, and I walked off. But apparently she couldn’t leave it with just lecturing a 46 year old woman, she proceeded to talk down to him, and give him the same lecture when he had been standing there the whole time. When I went back to talk to her about it and express that she maybe shouldn’t just assume the worst in people, especially her clients and that she should instead ask questions before she just starts lecturing people and treating them like their bad people and she just stood there with her nose flared and glared at me and wouldn’t say another word. Hands-down, the worst interaction I’ve had there. It sucks because the facility is great. All the other staff interactions we have had have been super fantastic. Everybody’s been super encouraging, super nice, very helpful, but she was just so rude and it was clear that she didn’t care that she was rude.

Kudos to Robert and Elliott for quickly and professionally resolving some recent issues with personal training. Initially, I wanted to cancel my membership since PT is pricey, and the gym overall is getting super busy and classes fill quickly. However, I’ve been a member and/or an employee at most of the gyms in Edmond. Bottom line, there’s always going to be something in a gym that could be better. However, I’ve come to appreciate the atmosphere, the equipment, the classes and the people, staff included, at this location. And that’s not always the case at all gyms. So, I guess you’re stuck with me Crunch 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm going to do my best to hit you with a balanced review. We will do this in the form of HIGHS and LOWS.

HIGHS:
-I'll start with the equipment. Plenty of it. You won't be waiting around for free weights. There are multiples of every weight level.
-Multiple cable rig options, several benches and leg presses all around.
-TONS of powerlifting stations. I've never seen them all filled before.
-Of course they're famous for the "miles of cardio," and it's true- although I'll revisit this in the LOWS.
-The staff are nice and attentive.
-Overall seems to be very clean and now outrageously loud.
-24/7 open with very affordable rates and amenities.
-Very clean sauna.
-A very safe place to workout for someone new to fitness.

LOWS:
-I'll start with the men's restroom. The toilet seats are a roller coaster. Someone just needs to go in and tighten them down.
-There is one class that meets at 5:00AM on the treadmills. The instructor runs around and puts water bottles, phones, and anything that signals "taken" to anyone not in the class. It was hard to watch as people came up the stairs to use a treadmill only to be disappointed that this class has monopolized ALL the treadmills. In short- I think this class is not something they should offer. At least not at that hour.
-It is the "new shiny gym" in town. So it can feel busy. They're saved by their spaciousness. But it is a popular gym.
-They struggle to keep the cleaning stations loaded with paper towels sometimes. It's a small gripe.

I like this gym. I recommend it. But they do need to shut down that class on the treadmills. It's a problem.

Great gym, has tons of equipment and lots of room. However the employee(s) just get 110% in your way to do things. For instance, I was on the turf and doing an exercise and an employee literally was vacuuming and got me wrapped in the cords while I was laying right there.

I just had the most frustrating experience. I started my membership in February because I thought this location had spray tanning (they don’t, only Yukon does.) and about a week later I realized my mistake and called to cancel my membership. The employee I spoke with on the phone confirmed with me that they canceled my membership. I then got charged for two more months and the annual fees. So I called them to tell them my membership had already been canceled (which one of their employees told me over the phone) and they explained you can only cancel in person. I went today to cancel appropriately, and asked for a refund since I have never been to this location and their employee (!!!!!!!) Said they canceled it over the phone? If I speak with one of their employees over the phone why would I question what they’re telling me? I work as a manager and I can’t imagine one of my employees messing up and not doing whatever I can to make it up to the customer.

I have been going to this gym for about two months now the equipment is great I really love coming to this gym the one reason I recently have been considering going to another gym is because there is this employee that I dread seeing, I believe his name was frank or Harold I can’t quite remember, he constantly is harassing me and who ever I come with, sometimes people just want to workout in peace without their ear talked off or without being stalked the entire time they are at the gym! For example one day we waited till he walked away from the front desk to come into the gym ( we scanned the barcode on our phones) he found us in the gym and proceeded to ask if we had checked in, when he could have just checked on his computer they use. Which we did! Another example we will work out in a corner of the gym with the weights and he will come over there every time and watch us then go back several times a night. I feel stalked and harassed at this specific gym which has caused me to feel uncomfortable and not want to go anymore. I chose this gym because it was the closest to my house and I overall liked this specific gym! I should not have to feel uncomfortable while working out or feel like I’m being watched, and I should not have to find another gym because of these feelings, the only time I can come to the gym is around 10-11 because of my work schedule! I really hope some type of management sees this and cares because this is not okay!

I was in a bad car accident in the beginning of January and I was hurt and I no longer had a vehicle, I called them to cancel my membership since I couldn’t physically work out and I didn’t even have a vehicle to drive there anymore. When talking with them on the phone they said they wouldn’t cancel my membership over the phone and I had to come in person to sign that I wanted to cancel, I explained to them I had no way to get there since my vehicle was totaled and they told me I could mail them a letter and with the letter I had to provide proof that I was injured and that I was in a car accident and I needed to provide my medical records, absolutely the most ridiculous and most stressful thing to deal with while I’m juggling a major loss and trying to recover, not to mention how uncomfortable I was with sending them my medical information never in my life has a gym requested for me to send them any of my medical information. I live in an apartment and don’t have a way to send mail and I was unable to drive to the post office, they never listened to me once and did not care about my situation what so ever, they are still charging me and their collection people called me and I explained to them my situation and they were very short and just told me the same thing. This situation was so unexpected and devastating for me and they just made things that much more stressful and difficult. I would just say to everyone to go someplace that lets you cancel over the phone because you never know when something could happen. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

***READ*** Tonight I went in to cxl mine and my son's membership not because of an equipment issue but because my son's not 16yo just yet and policy changed which affected him being able to workout without me. My son loves Crunch but I can't be with him and he is a great kid, respectful, knows his workouts and lifting but we understand the policy and only left because he needs his workouts and lifting like he needs air. Elliott was so understanding and kind regarding the cancellations 10/10. This is my 3rd encounter with Elliott and each time if I come in hot he deescalates me in seconds. He is genuine and wants to accommodate if he can. We will be back when my son is old enough. Thank you for taking care of us again.

I really enjoy Crunch Fitness overall!

The facility is clean, spacious, and has a great variety of equipment. I especially want to shout out the evening staff, they’re always super friendly and helpful. One time I accidentally left my belt, and although I waited on hold for 11 minutes when I called that morning, the evening associate found it within seconds when I came in. Big thanks to them!

That said, there are a couple of areas for improvement:

• Restroom supplies (paper towels and toilet paper) often run low or aren’t stocked appropriately.

• In the circuit area, it’s common to see people sitting on machines scrolling on their phones, which really slows things down for others trying to get in a quick workout. It would be great if staff could help monitor that a bit more.

Still, I really love being a member here, and with a few tweaks, it could be even better!

They NEED more employees in the kid care. When signing up they told us there would be a certain amount of employees to children. Today there was one adult and more than ten children in there. Mind you, I’ve only ever seen two employees in there not matter the amount of children. This is not safe for the children and unfair to the employee. I’m very unhappy with my experience here.

So last night my wife on 3-20-25 at approximately 2113 was verbally assaulted behind her back by two young teenagers. If it wasn’t for another customer they probably would’ve continued but she stood up for my wife. So before we ask hey why wasn’t the husband there well we have children and work opposing shifts so one works out while the other watches the kids. Anyway my wife told the front desk and the only thing the poor kid could do is report to management that wasn’t there. At 1100 today 3-21-25 I spoke to the gm and was told the kids did not scan in and they had no idea who they were but next time they would take appropriate measures. Now I want everyone to think what if that was your wife, mother or daughter? What would you want done?now I respect the level of professionalism the gm extended to me but I’m still pretty mad that there isn’t better security there. It’s sad but this is the world we live in but what if it escalated further like them following her to her car or worst. Do we wait for a manager then? I think moving forward better train staff and have written procedures and enforce the will fix this issue. Attached is the picture of the two kids who probably just snuck into the gym.

I was checking gyms locally. Everything is pretty clean and standard gym. The main reason I personally do not like it…. Sled is missing. Machine to work hip flexors. Try to get those

Nice facilities. Go during off hours to avoid the crowd. Price is great if you avoid the busy times.

Training is a complete ripoff and cluster. Watch training online and save the money.

I don’t know who wipes down the equipment but they need to do better deep cleaning. Example, same sweat stains on the base of treadmills months later.

I'm editing my first review to a 3 star. Still Love the equipment. However, Being a regular locker room guy, the Edmond men's was way poorly designed. Was built for three women, max! There's only Three benches. The shower are has excess space that should have been included with the dry sauna plan. Many times we have so many men using it, it's standing room only. Also the filth of the tile floors can be disgusting because they don't use a professional cleaning company. I'm not an expert but if the health department inspected the men's locker room, there could be grounds for fines. The COO of Crunch really needs the locker room design flaws and the potential for health department violations. But I'm very pleased about everything on the floor.

This is a great gym lots of machines to choose from. I wish there were more classes. It seems like as soon as you’re able to sign up for one. It’s instantly fully booked. The locker rooms need attention. The showers and steam room do not get cleaned as often as they should. I brought it up to a staff member. I was told they get clean twice daily, but there’s no way. The only other thing I wish this Gym offered were towels that being for working out the sauna or shower. I feel the membership dues. We pay enough that towels shouldn’t be an issue. Other than that, I’m happy that I joined this gym.

I love this gym I spend almost every day here. They could do a bit more of cleaning I'm not sure how often the sauna is getting mopped. And the hot yoga room has had the same blue town pieces for a few weeks. Great atmosphere I feel very welcomed as a newcomer to fitness.

Great gym, just a couple irks from a regular gym-goer on how y'all could improve.
--equipment condition: everything is a couple months from brand new, yet I keep finding mechanical parts of machines that are loose, and could use a tighten. If you could just have someone go around once a month and make sure everything is tight and not wiggling around, it would be safer and more productive for all your patrons
--bathrooms: 2 urinals for a gym that can fit several hundred people, who are predominantly men, is a severe oversight. Every time I use them they are in desperate need of attention, I think cleaning them more frequently (every 30 minutes instead of every hour or 2 hours) would benefit all men in the building immensely
--sauna: it's great, I love it, it's my favorite thing at crunch. But why for the love of God are we able to turn it off? Please leave it on. Don't let your patrons turn it off, put a passcode on it or something. it takes forever to warm back up and most productive people who go to the gym don't have an extra hour to wait for the sauna so they (me) end up having to skip. Such a bummer. Really kinda ruins the whole gym experience if I can't use the sauna.

Overall value is 4/5, you get alot for your money due to the newness and consequential niceness of the equipment and ease of access, (24/7!!) but it remains to be seen if they'll be able to keep it up. If these suggested improvements are implemented, I'll upgrade my membership and give y'all 5 stars.

I agree with the other bad reviews. Staff is not pleasant either. They all huddle behind the desks, meanwhile gym floor is a mess. Weights misplaced constantly and even the stretch bands. I have only seen them cleaning once. Their other location is better.

Do NOT sign up at this place!!!! They will absolutely lie and scam you. I put in my cancelation on 1/19 in the evening. Now they are saying they never received it. You ask for a corporate number and you get a message saying to go to their website. They also do not reply to any messages on their site. Will be pursing this matter further. Please take this as a warning and do NOT sign up here. Also, the gym is dirty. Floors are filthy and they are always out of supplies at their cleaning station. Find a better gym!

Things seem to slowly be getting better.

Understanding that the gym has seen very high volume in comparison to others in the metro, we understand it is going to be a little harder to keep clean. Things are a work in progress but past few trips I’ve seen people actually cleaning around the gym floor etc.

*Will update star rating with commensurate results*

To start with the concern, cleanliness needs work! We’ve been going since they opened and not once have we seen anything cleaned. We’ve gone in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings and it’s always nasty. It’s especially easy to tell in the bathroom and sauna.

Now the positives. Space is really nice! Despite being packed and busy there is no feeling of claustrophobia. Equipment is nice as well. Lots of options. 24/7 is a big perk, so whenever you get that itch you can get a workout in or a second for the day.

If the gym was kept up with this would be 5 star.

[Update] Micah was the rudest person working here I’ve meet in a long time. Unhelpful, difficult, and attitude. Terrible service.

I joined purely for the group classes and unfortunately, they’re nearly impossible to get into. You can’t book a class more than 22 hours before the class starts which is fine but the slots fill within 3 to 5 minutes of the class opening up. Impossible to get into a yoga or a Pilates class. With the number of members at this gym (4000+) they need to have more group classes with more than just 16 to 20 spots available.

There is a sign that says you must remove your shoes before entering the sauna, which I find completely unacceptable and unhygienic. I've never encountered a facility with such a rule, especially considering the condition of the place. The gym is also not well-maintained, and the staff is extremely rude. They also have numerous hidden fees and misrepresented the pricing for their grand opening 1 year ago. Be cautious when signing up, as there are many hidden costs.

Never had an issue with Crunch until today. I've been to both this and Yukon location, and I have never been refused a guest entry because I have 'the wrong membership type.' To clarify, I have the Basic membership, and have been going to both Crunch locations for a sum of two years. I brought my guest today and was refused entry because of my wrong membership, I went online and looked it up and I understand that I do have the wrong one, but what I don't understand is why I was continuously let it in with the wrong membership. The woman who checked me and my friend in last night was the one who refused us! I don't understand! Poor, inattentive service and will not be continuing my membership.

It's a nice gym. The place is quite big and definitely has a lot to offer. It only has one giant fan though and it covers only 1/3 of the gym leaving the other areas hotter. My pass includes the red light therapy but there is usually a wait and unfortunately theres no system to text you when it's your turn (which would be practical) so you have to wait on the couch and waste time when you could be working out. The last thing I find inconvenient about the gym is the locker room rest rooms. The layout is akward and there is no paper towel to dry your hands so you have to use a blow dryer which is located right in the way of a sink where someone is washing there hands. Other than that the staff are chill and the place is clean.

This place is new and machines are good, but I only do classes which are nearly impossible to get into. I’ve been trying for weeks to get into a yoga class to no avail. Just today I logged in to book and the class literally filled in less than 30 seconds after it opened so I failed to secure a spot. Same thing happened a few days ago with a cycle class, all spots were gone within 2 minutes. It’s very annoying to have this much trouble registering for a class, they really need to open up more time slots. Currently shopping around for another gym that doesn’t have this problem.

I am writing to share my experience during a recent visit to your location to express my concerns about the treatment I received.

I came in to get a tour of the gym and inquire about a free workout to see if this location would be a good fit for me as I consider transferring from the Quail Creek location. While I understand that the facilities may be similar, I was particularly interested in evaluating the atmosphere and overall vibe, as that plays a significant role in my decision.

Unfortunately, I found the behavior of one of your staff members, Elliot (who I believe is a manager), to be quite abrasive and dismissive. Instead of addressing my questions or showing any willingness to help, he repeatedly told me that the gym was "the exact same" as the Quail Creek location and insisted there was nothing different for me to assess. When I tried to clarify my perspective, he became rude, glared at me, and ultimately walked off, saying, "I'm not going to try to convince you to work out here."

This was an incredibly disappointing experience. I know for a fact that Crunch locations generally allow a free workout, and I was simply trying to make an informed decision about transferring. I don't understand why my inquiry was met with hostility instead of the welcoming and helpful service I have come to expect from Crunch.

I hope this matter will be addressed appropriately, as interactions like this could discourage potential members from joining or transferring. I would appreciate a follow-up to ensure a better experience moving forward.

Thank you for your time and attention.

Trying to cancel a memebership is way to hard. Your bill has to be paid before you quit seevice. Then they make you give 30 days notice in which time they will bill you again but after your notice is up you no can no longer go to the gym even if they take your payment for the next month on day 29 thats shady business practices if your making me pay for the month you had better give me my full month

I joined Crunch Edmond six weeks ago and the experience has been exceptionally rewarding.

I am 76 years old with two open heart surgeries, a by-pass and too many stents to count. My Trainer is just excellent. First he patiently listened to my background and concerns. Then he structured a plan to start slow incorporating my current physical condition and personal goals. My workouts consist of measure, record, measure record. Keep track of my progress. These workouts are designed just for me and include stretching and cardio workouts for home.

And what a difference in just six weeks! I feel better and even look better. Well…… maybe look better, Ha!!

My advice: Call Crunch Edmond and ask for Landon. Check it out!! Papa Phil

There’s a lot of equipment which is great, but they’ve decided to make a group fitness area that’s open to the rest of the gym. It’s obnoxious to hear the instructor, the timer, and their music over the music playing in the rest of the gym.

This gym is fantastic! Very state of the art equipment and tons of platforms for lifting! You may have to wait on specific machines for accessory work, but you wont have to wait for anything else. Even if a specific accessory machine is taken, you should be able to find something else that will work instead. They have an awesome kickboxing/boxing area and their outdoor area is really neat. The only things that I could complain about are that the sauna is TINY, and the staff need to be trained better. When I first went to check them out I asked for a tour and was told "well since we are fully open we arent doing tours, but you can see everything from here!" Spoiler alert, you cannot see everything from the entrance. I ended up going as a guest with my friend who signed up. I'm not going to sign up for a gym that I havent toured....
