Giving the gym 5 stars because of Travis, one of the personal trainers. If you need a personal trainer or are even thinking about one, ask for him! He is seriously so great and fun. He made sure I’ll feel comfortable and not so lost around the gym when they open and even helped show me some things that’ll be helpful along the way. Thanks Travis for all your help!

My excitement turned to disappointment when I realized the new gym in my neighborhood that I could ride my bike to did not have a bike rack, or any loop or railing where I could securely lock up my bike and won't accommodate leaving my bike in the lobby. What a big oversight. Prices are pretty good and 24 hours is nice, but the "lock in your rate for life" offer is rather misleading since all plans require an annual maintenance charge that they can raise from year to year if they want to start charging you more.

Ready to start on December 3rd. The staff was extremely respectful and helpful. The office was easy to find on the by the family dollar. Can’t miss the big giant inflatable and tent outside the registration office. They explained the process of my first few months perfectly and gave me the opening date. Ready to start this December!

Disgusting leaving ad trash at peoples house. It gets blown around and makes the neighborhood trashy and is litter NOT an advertisement. If this is how your gym operates it is disgusting. Id say to do better but I'm the one picking up YOUR trash.

I got a robot call to set up a time to meet at the midwest city branch, even.tho its not open yet. I then got a text saying I had 2 hours before my appointment with the directions of where to meet. I drove 10 miles to get there just to find out that it is not only not open yet, but nobody was there except the construction workers. Not sure I want to join a gym that is so disorganized before even opening.
