Nice gym but staff acts like a bunch of highschool jocks, pleasant to who they like but shit talk behind the backs of people they don't. Cancelled my membership and payed my yearly dues and am still being charged for my membership that I don't want on account of being disgusted by the actions of their staff. Edit: Manager reached out to provide info and solve billing issue, still disappointed that I can't workout in peace without judgement from staff at this company because of physical health issues. Anyways, bought home gym equipment and saving for more.

I've been training with Rafael for a while now, and I couldn't be more impressed with his dedication and expertise. He consistently designs challenging, effective workouts tailored to my goals, and his motivational approach keeps me engaged and committed. His attention to proper form and technique has helped me improve my fitness safely and efficiently. I truly appreciate his positive energy, professionalism, and the genuine interest he shows in my progress. I highly recommend Rafael to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals with outstanding support and guidance. I've had an amazing experience at this gym! The atmosphere is motivating, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It's truly a great place to work out, whether you're a beginner or a fitness enthusiast. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality gym environment!" Alex is also an amazing Zumba instructor!

NOT RED LIGHT THERAPY

I’m leaving this as a 1-star review until they either get real red light therapy devices or change the description to reflect what it actually is. Part of the reason I signed up was for the red light therapy — However it is not.

The model they have is a KBL Tower Space 2000 — Check the manufacturers website yourself. There is no mention of “red light” anything. This is a tanning device. It’s fine for a blast of daylight but it DOES contain the blue light spectrum - NOT red light therapy.

Crunch, please do better. Get real red light therapy devices or update your descriptions. Thank you.

My only complaint is the amount of time I takes to buy a water… I’ve got to remember to get two before I get going. Crazy

Hopefully someone helps a girl out!!!!!
Kay so, my membership was done online, at that time midtown wasn’t open yet. When I opened the membership I honestly didn’t go through all the fees that this gym charges, literally for the dummest reason. It began when I tried booking a class through the app which I wasn’t able to because apparently I had a balance due! But I had noticed a charge in my bank account and thought that was my monthly fee. When I called and asked about it they told me that it was the yearly fee then she proceeded to asked me if I wanted to make a payment and she was waving the late fee, I was a lil pissed at my self for allowing again membership fool me!! I then asked her that I wanted to downgrade because I was no longer using the kids crunch well guess what 40$ fee for downgrading and cancelling…. at that moment there was no money in my account to pay but I was calling later. When I called back I spoke with Zach and he mentioned that he wasn’t able to charge me then because the payment was pending and we had to wait until it wasn’t processing but if I had too book a class they would do it manually. So I called the next weekend to pay and I apparently I didn’t have any payments pended. Well this morning I wasn’t able to gym because your staff don’t know how to do anything other than check people in and out, I was just tired of going through the same situation over and over again, and every time I called i get different information…

Here is my full honest review:
- Classes are phenomenal, worth the extra fee for sure but difficult to book in the app (you have to book 22 hours in advance and spots fill up quickly). I have never worked my core so hard before! No mats provided though, which is nice because I find that more sanitary!
- Everything is kept very clean, but some members fail to clean up after themselves. Not really the gym’s problem though.
- Amenities are great: red light therapy with vibration plates (bring your own eye protection), showers, saunas are separated by gender (thank you crunch!!!), lots of great equipment, and the AIR CONDITIONING god bless you crunch.
- The music is way too loud, and it’s one of those awful remix playlists (it’s different depending on what time of the day it is, and the loudest music comes from the group classes- I wish the hot room was more sound proof so it could be more peaceful).
- An abundance of clean lockers, but again, bring your own lock.
- Very friendly and helpful staff, and outstanding guest privileges!!
- Plenty of parking
- The personal training sessions are great, I learned a lot! I didn’t have the budget for a plan, but if I do in the future, I know who to do to! They weren’t pushy in trying to sell it to me when I said I would think over it!
- Alicia, Alicia, Alicia!! If she had classes everyday I would be a more frequent gym-goer for sure. She is so good at giving instructions, teaching form, and making everyone feel comfortable and confident!! If you haven’t taken a class with her, you’re certainly missing out!
If stars were more detailed, this gym would be a 4.5 out of 5.

First time going and it was great! Lots and lots of equipment, plenty of room for people to use machines. Much better then the other Tulsa gym.

The other Tulsa crunch fitness the daycare is horrible. They have trainers children in there that are HORRIBLY behaved and never get in trouble. They cause other children to be stressed out and are constantly in other children's faces and never get told to stop or written up but every time a child tries to talk to the woman in the daycare about it they tell the other children to just ignore it and when another child does the exact same thing that child is written up. There is only one woman there that actually knows how to take care of the kids and understands that those poor children are frustrated with the trainers children.
Thankfully so far the woman who run the daycare at this gym are so sweet and understand kids are kids 🥹❤️ love it so far!

The gym is very beautiful, nice space, big enough with different machines, everything is very nice, clean and new with very nice people, the only thing I don't like is that for the hydromassage area or any other machine in this specific area I have to be getting up from the machine to go ask them to activate a machine, that is uncomfortable to be moving every moment to request something and it shouldn't be that way. For that, one turns off the membership to use it, I should scan or enter my code, but no 😔 you always have to get up from what you are doing and go to the counter to ask them to enable a hydromassage machine or any other.
from there everything else is fine

Staff is amazing and super welcoming! Rates are fair and 24 hour access is incredible. There are so many additional amenities (sauna, tanning, red light therapy) just to name a few. A variety of classes for various training levels and what I love best is "No Judgement". They also have the Kids Crunch area where you can drop off you child for 2 hours. The women's locker room is fair size. The amount of equipment is great, I never have to wait.

Pros: Love the variety of equipment. The employees are nice. My friend told me there's a place to fill up your water bottle so I'll have to check that out. My 4yr old seemed to enjoy kid's crunch. I like the way the locker rooms are set up. Love red light machines but I didn't use these ones yet
Cons: The music is too loud. I shouldn't have to raise my voice & lean in for someone next to me to hear me. I forgot my earbuds at home but I'm not even sure it'd be tolerable to use them with the loud music in the background. No spray tanning. We all know regular tanning beds are harmful. This location is conveniently near my house. I don't want to have to drive across town to use a spray tan machine. Also, my 4yr old has a cold & the only place she could've gotten it from is this gym. I saw a piece of paper in an odd location with guidelines for illness symptoms. My concern is that it either it isn't enforced, the parents don't see it, the toys/room isn't disinfected enough, or maybe it's too lenient. Also the paper towels for equipment are too thin & inefficient. There's also too many people not cleaning machines, as well as people that have BO. They could put up more signs or something. Maybe complimentary disposable deodorant wipes in the locker rooms. It doesn't help that it was too hot. There isn't a lot of air flow, which might've made it tolerable
Edit: I might be told I have to pay $3 every time to visit the other gym? I hope not because I have the membership that says I have access to every gym & it doesn't mention a fee

When I saw that a gym was opening near my house and that Iris was teaching Zumba there, I literally cheered. Then bought a membership online without even visiting. Now that I've been there I am even more glad I did. Great staff, great range of classes, incredibly convenient schedule, and the amenities of a gym that costs twice as much. I can't wait to keep exploring all they have to offer.

Already canceled.
First issue that I just overlooked was paying $3 at the memorial gym after already being a member.
Today, I was made to buy Eyewear that they wouldn't let me pay cash for and didnt need, due to literally using a towel to cover my face and neck but last week was no issue without buying any.
Dudes staring you down when you walk in and workout. Uncomfortable is an understatement and why I stopped going to such public gyms.
The bathrooms were covered in water and smelled like 60 different perfumes/sprays.

Also, another member who smelled like BO and gingivitis came directly next to me (with 30 other pieces of equipment to use for the same machine) and it was so insanely unpleasant.

Ill just go back to hotworx, where you are treated better and dont have to deal with gross amenities and people.

SHOUTOUT to ONYX- customers can still hear your trash talk when you dont mute the phone. Unless someone is talking to you like crap, you should probably watch how you speak to them. All because I wanted to make sure i got the correct names for who we spoke with to cancel today lol

EDIT:
Called back because I never received the cancelation email but Rebecca was actually pleasantly kind and helpful. They should have their employees learn how to take care of customers the way she does. I might have stayed if I had spoken with her in the beginning.

Crunch Fitness - Tulsa Midtown has professional and nice staff, so many machines and weights, is very clean, and spacious. I love that it doesn't feel crowded at all even when the parking lot is full. So happy I switched from VASA to Crunch!!

Nice facility, got a chance to view it the day before opening. It’s large enough with plenty of machines but why is there only 3 shower stalls!?!? This makes no sense at all considering how big the facility is. I don’t like the idea of having lines to wait to shower. They should seriously invest in a few more shower heads in the men’s locker room. Makes me think how long I will realistically keep my membership. I can’t speak for the women’s side but it’s just not enough.

Great staff, fun atmosphere, plenty of floor space. I’m currently 300lbs and trying to lose weight with self confidence issues and always afraid I’m gonna be made fun of while working out. But, I don’t feel that way here even when that’s on my mind and I wanna be self conscious and walk out. But, it’s fine though, right? 😂

Very cool and very modern. Nicer than the other two, but doesn't offer spray tan like they do even though it's on the plan and it's the brand new store. It's new so the staff is still figuring things out, like where plates need to be and trainers can't take up all the turf area, but they'll get there. Equipment is super nice and free weight area is very spacious. Really almost every kind of workout machine that's needed. Great place to get a workout, just not quite 5 stars.... yet
