Didn't let me try the gym despite my free trial because I didn't yet have a local "proof of address" . THIS IS A $10 GYM NOT A BANK, AND I WON'T BE PROVIDING A PROOF OF ADDRESS. Terrible service! Will not join this gym. They also never let you cancel, 3 years ago I had crunch and I had to threaten a lawsuit and freeze my bank account to get them to stop charging it. Glad they turned me away!

I already reviewed the broken arrow location poorly because every time I’ve tried to spray tan there, it is down. I have had the top tier plan at Crunch since they opened the Tulsa location (Jan 2023) even though I haven’t been able to use any of the benefits of it in well over a year because I don’t have children to use childcare, their spray tan beds have been down every time I’ve tried, and I work during the times of the fitness classes offered on the highest plan. I’ve called and left messages to get a call back to change my plan previously and no one ever calls back. I finally got a live person today, and was told there’s a $40 downgrade fee to go down a level. Truly insane. Especially because I haven’t used any of the benefits this past year at all. The person on the phone was very kind and even asked management (without me asking) to see if they could waive the fee and management said no.
Staff has always been pleasant with me which is the only reason they get 2 stars.

Was thinking about purchasing a membership for some family members but after reading all of the negative reviews which are about consistent topics (poor customer service, difficult to cancel, crowded) I shall go elsewhere. This place seems ripe for a lawsuit when it comes to lack of ease in cancelling membership (sounds like a scam). And the bot/canned auto-reply below validates this.

I’ve been going here since 2023 without any Issues. Roland at the front is a good dude, most of the people who go there are good people. It is a busy gym and equipment bench/hack/leg machines/fly machine might be a bit difficult to grab at times (I go at 0500). The only criticism I have is the fitness classes in the morning. I don't understand why they have to blast loud music and take up a section of the gym; there’s a dedicated room for group fitness. If they'd utilize it for the classes this would be a five star review. On the days I don't bring headphones it’s extremely difficult to lock in while hearing someone scream at the top of their lungs and playing terrible music.

Been with the gym for several months. Staff was never friendly when i went there, they always acted as I was an inconvenience. Canceling your membership is almost impossible. Tried canceling membership (moving out of state) on app several times and it kept erroring so I sent a req to be called for help and all they said was to jusy use the app again so when I tried again it said I had to pay for an extra month right now so when I called the lady was immediately rude when she answered the phone like I was such an inconvenience to call and ask questions and then said I have to pay until Nov 20th because I didn't give a 30 day notice on Sept 20th (been trying to cancel for over a week, so due to their app failure I'm the one out of pocket)
Crunch is just like those other gyms that squeezes you out for every penny.
Also when I enrolled I was told I could go to any location and I was originally until recently was told I have to pay $3 each visit.
Highly don't recommend. Pay the extra for the smaller gyms that have better morals.

I swear your employees at the front desk have the social skills of a rock. I was trying to ask them questions about how the membership works and they kept looking at me like I’m dumb, when I’m just trying to ask a question, and they were getting defensive with me, and all I’m doing is asking questions. None of them smiled when I walked up, none of them were friendly. Absolutely 0 customer service! They just stood there with blank faces and stared as I walked up to ask questions! Also, on top of it, your tactics are COMPLETELY misleading and your “cancel anytime” advertisements are false advertising because no one at the front desk said anything about a bogus “annual fee” or a “60 day lock in” until I was about to swipe my credit card, so what about month to month is a 60 day lock in? False advertising. What about “only $29.99!” is an almost $60 ANNUAL FEE? That’s almost $120.00 on the spot which is NOT advertised, and that’s completely opposite of month to month cancel anytime when you have lock ins. None of that was told to me ahead of time, AND THEN THE EMPLOYEES WERE LOOKING AT ME AS IF I WAS THE IDIOT WHEN THEYRE THE ONES WHO DIDNT TELL ME HOW IT WORKS AHEAD OF TIME.

I just signed up for Crunch Fitness about a week ago. I was told when I signed up I would be able to use any of the crunch fitnesses because I did the highest tier and I could use other locations without an issue. I have been going to Crunch Fitness for 3 days now and previous to last night I was not told that I had to pay a $3 fee each time I went which is crazy because from my understanding I had access to all of the gyms Nationwide and until last night I had never been asked to pay that fee. Andre said my membership was not active which if it wasnt why could I scan in the last 2 days without an issue. It was late and I wasn't going to make it impossible over $3 and I also brought against with me. A lot of times I work nights and I have kids and I can't always make it to the gym during the day and this is really the worst experience I've had.. because even after everything was said and done when we were done working out we went to use the relaxation "spa' and not one person from staff was present so we could the amenities included in my membership.. so we left after waiting several minutes....from the reviews it looks like there are a lot of staff issues

Went to Crunch in Tulsa and tried to use the tanning bed — they refused to let me tan unless I had goggles or little stickers for my eyes. Supposedly it’s “state law.” Really? That’s like saying you can’t swim in a pool unless you prove you’ve put sunscreen on. Even if I show them goggles, I could just take them off once the door shuts — no cameras in there. So what exactly are they enforcing? Feels like nonsense rules just to hassle members instead of letting adults make their own choices. No goggles = No tan? Give me a break.

I came in as a guest with my friend on the first day. On the second day, she told me I could use a 3-day trial pass. I initially went just to work out with her, and I was super nervous because the gym was packed. There were so many people, and the gym itself is huge, it felt really intimidating, especially compared to my small gym, which is never crowded. It was a lot to take in.
By the second day, I was feeling more hopeful and open to the idea of maybe switching gyms so I could have access to more equipment. When I came in to let them know I wanted to use the 3-day trial pass (since I had come in as a guest the day before), the guy at the front desk was incredibly rude. He acted like I was bothering him, even though he wasn’t busy at all. He rolled his eyes and sighed heavily with every question I asked.
I was just trying to get more information, where things were, what the membership includes, and how it compares to my current gym, especially since I pay more for my membership. Instead, I felt like I was being a burden. All I wanted was some guidance and reassurance that this was a good gym in terms of customer service.
Well, I was completely wrong. I’m definitely never coming back. You can keep the cheaper membership if it means treating potential customers like garbage before they even start working out.

I usually have a great experience at this gym. In fact I had a situation where someone tried to start trouble with me over one of the amenities, but JoAnn (from the front desk) deescalated the situation. In my opinion, the way this was handled really reflected the type of environment I would love to frequent, simply because of how well the staff handle things. I'd work out here any

I’m incredibly disappointed and frustrated with how this situation was handled. I enrolled at the Midtown location after being told at the enrollment event that I could use any location until Midtown opened. I asked this question directly and was reassured that this would not be an issue.
Today, I drove from Broken Arrow to another location, only to be denied entry and told that I would need to pay $3 each time I visited—despite the commitment made to me when I signed up. When I explained what I had been told, the staff member simply offered for me to transfer my membership to this location but made it clear I would lose the promotional rate I signed up for at Midtown. That’s not right.
This feels like a bait and switch. I feel misled, and frankly, I expected more integrity.

I like this gym but wish they would either open another location in the area or make the one on 91st bigger. It's ALWAYS packed and very discouraging to not be able to get in a good workout because we are all waiting for the same equipment and many of us are already on a tight schedule. Other then that its a decent gym.

The gym is fine, I went twice a week for 6 months. It's clean, the people are nice, and the staff is helpful.
But it is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel your membership.
I first tried on the app, and it says you're unable to cancel on the mobile app.
Then I tried on the web browser, and the website says you cannot cancel your membership online at all.
I called the location, and I was told that the policy had changed and I should be able to cancel online now.
I tried again and it still said I would have to go in person.
I called the location again and requested to cancel, as the online portal doesn't allow you to. I was told that I had to send an email to the location manager before I could cancel.
I sent the location manager an email, hopefully I'll be able to cancel. Otherwise, it's 45 minutes out of the way to drive up to the location and cancel in person.
BUMMER.

Very upset with Crunch.
I was told that I could pause my membership and reopen at anytime with no charges to my account. I had over $100 withdrawn over the span of months from them. For the membership fees and "annual fees" the team across the board is not on the same page. Telling customers things that aren't valid. I went in to speak to a manager today that absolutely did nothing for me. Was rude and not understanding. She got defensive when I explained my frustration for being charged and not expecting the charges she said her team "wouldn't have told me that no charges would come out." Which is completely false because they indeed did. "All she could do for me was cancel my membership " I did not get back any of the money they took from me. When I asked if there was someone else I could speak to she told me corporate and there's nothing that they could do for me. This was absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced and no help to understand their customers. I will never be back and I will make sure to pass this information along.

One of the better gyms I’ve been a member at! Super clean, love that it’s always staffed, ample equipment, childcare for those who need it. But the real sell for me is the group classes, it’s the perfect in the middle of being able to do solo workouts but pop into a class and get a good workout in. ( if you haven’t done Ferns Zumba class you’re missing out!!!)

It’s Planet Fitness with a different name. Wouldn’t make it my home gym but it’s cool to go to with the guys. It’s fair. Like most gyms it’s bogged down by useless equipment and cardio machines, meanwhile the busiest machines that get a line of people waiting on them only have one in the whole place. Looking at you fly machine.

I have been a gym goer for 35 years and I have to say this is the worst experience I ever had!!! First, the positives -- it is the cleanest gym I have ever been to -- thank you for that!!! Unfotunately it is a bit of a clique rife with gossip. I recently had my membership revoked fo hersey without ever being given the opportuity to present my side. It was very much a he said she said gossip with things that were not said by me. If a portion of a conversation was overhead again I should have been confronted. Another issue is the manager Zach (I believe) did not have the courtesy to talk to me directly but rather had his lower maagemet do it! The person that spoke to me was professional and I hold nothing against him. To revoke someones membership for hersey is unprofessional. As I was taught I will end with another positive before ending this post -- the equipmet is amazing! Still I would not recommend you joining unless you thrive on high school like drama!!!! I received a reply for me to call -- not up to me it is up to the management to reach out sncei it was their lack of communication.

If zero stars was an option I would have given it. It took 8 phone calls and 3 hrs of my day to request a cancelation
I found out on 2/18/2025 I had been paying for a membership since 2023. When talking with a worker at the tulsa location they seen I had never stepped food in the gym. I wanted to cancel right away and ask for a refund for the charges that just hit my account that day ($71.60)
I was told I needed to cancel online since I do not live in the state any longer.
I completely the form and was told via email I needed to call an additional # to finish my cancelation. When I called that number they where unable to help me.
I called the tulsa location at 9am 2/21 again requesting to speak to a manager and was told she was in a meeting and would call me back. 3pm rolled around and still no call back. Manager was again unable to help me and I was given yes yet again another number to call (ABC client services) they where amazing and we conference called the tulsa location to be hung up on while waiting on hold for a manager. And then had to call back.
I was 1. Wanting to cancel my account 2.Requesting a refund of $71.60 that was just billed to me on 2/18/2025...
Bethel at crunch fitness was able to confirm my cancelation but refused to allow me to finish my questions when asking for a refund and at the end was unable to provide me one.
An impossible situation for sure.

They get really pissy if you don't like something about their gym. Like price switching and baiting or trying to get your bank account info so they can insure themselves over you insuring your own self. Company sales tactics at its finest and the staff is usually conceited and snobby. I've tried this place twice and Everytime they change something up on me so I have to decline. Again.

The front desk clerk Heidi was wonderful in her professionalism, however I am not pleased that my 16 year old was able to open her own contract and when I go into cancel it they state she has to pay her annual fee and one more month. All online forums state you must be 18 to start a contract. I questioned my daughter how they let her open a contract when she asked if I could sign that she could work out with a friend. I did sign, but when I tell you nothing was asked of me and I didn’t even provide ID I stated something wasn’t right. I contacted the club to never be contacted back with answers over two weeks ago. Hopefully they respond to me now and waive her fees and cancel her contract immediately because I’m just not one to complain. I just think this is wrong to do to a minor when they do not realize the consequences of credit just yet.

DO NOT GET THE MONTH PASS. I am a student at osu so I can only workout here on summer and winter breaks. I got a month pass for winter break and was told to give the employee at the front desk my phone number. The last 4 times I’ve come in, it has confused the employees. Today there was extra trouble with this, 3 people tried to help me and they could only find my expired memberships. I was even asked if I could prove I had the month pass via bank statement instead of them simply finding it. Will not be returning here next summer.

Positive: 1) Free three day trial period. 2) People at front desk were nice and didn't do the usual sales pitches. 3) Variety in exercise equipment
Negative: 1) Music volume! Why do they blast it at such decibels?! I am half deaf and it was still way loud. You can hear it in a car from the parking lot. Headache inducing. 2) The whole gym is nearly covered in mirrors. Not everyone needs to admire their selves while working out. Maybe the anorexic looking girls and 'roid raged guys at this gym do but many people don't. 3) Only seen literally one Smith Machine. Not all of us wanna do squats with barbells that seem way too long in length which makes them feel uneven.
All in all, not a bad gym but just the overwhelming blasting of crappy EDM music was enough to make an actual workout difficult to achieve. Don't reply back with the generic response which includes the same email given in every other bad review. That is just an insult.

Update: Just received a call from someone by the name of SNOW (that’s what it sounded like on my vmail). Snow mentioned again that in order to complete my account I need to provide 2 forms of payment. Even though the “head manager” Zach I spoke with earlier stated he would put a note in my account saying that I didn’t have to provide additional payment info!
Buyer beware manager at this location will try to pull a bait and switch if you aren’t careful! I just signed up for a membership at this location using my discover card. The goofy manager just called me and told me there was a problem with my payment method. Even though the charge is showing as pending on my end. Online there are two options for payment method. One method is where you can provide your routing info to save $2 a month. I didn’t choose that option. But the incompetent manager tried to tell me it’s a must that I provide my banking info. Which isn’t true. Then proceeds to say online info isn’t correct. I let him know this gym is already presenting its self as a problem and I signed up less than an hour ago. I ask him to cancel the membership since it hasn’t even been an hour since I signed up. And this guy proceeds to tell me it will be $30 to cancel a membership that I literally just paid 1 cent for. I will definitely be giving a 30 day notice to cancel on 02/07/25! Since that’s when I will be charged 49.99 for an annual fee! The manager tried to tel me on my end it will show the payment as pending but it may not go through. So tomorrow when the 1cent charge post to my account I will update this review with a photo of the posted transaction.

Updated: I have contacted, didn’t get anywhere. Now crunch has taken another monthly membership from my account after I was told it would not happen. Was told by Kaymen I would be refunded. Still no refund.
I decided a few months back to join crunch and to get a personal trainer, thinking it was the better gym for all the reviews. The trainer I had ended up leaving and Kaymen (manager in training) is refusing to put me with someone that I am already comfortable with and can work with my schedule, also already knows my injuries and is confident in working around them. After waiting 4 months for him to fix what I was paying for personal training sessions. Just beware of what you’re getting into!

This gym is alright. Equipment is clean, gym is clean , staff is nice.
The two downfalls of this gym would be if you are a working individual , and come in after the hours of 4 o’clock , there are so many people at the gym That you feel almost sardine in. People stand next to equipment other people are on to “call dibs” this personally has made for an uncomfortable workout and is distracting. The second downfall is there is no dress restrictions mostly directed at women. Women are always dress wildly inappropriate. I would never feel comfortable taking my spouse into this gym. basically anyone who isn’t dressed in minimal clothing and a full face of makeup, stands out like a sore thumb. If you are looking to have a good comfortable workout without any interruptions or distractions this is not the place for you. Although if you’re looking to pick up a date or get some attention go to Crunch fitness. You will most likely find someone to notice you.

I don’t have a problem with the facility itself or the staff but whatever sadistic corporate bozo that enjoys making gym employees force clients to jump through hoops to cancel month to month contracts needs to be kicked in the nuts. I worked for a gym at one point so I already knew of the 30 day cancellation policies and the resistance I may face but even the gym I worked for allowed a standard sales associate to cancel plans. Crunch makes their employees have a manager approve a training contract cancelation even when the trainer themselves is okay with their client cancelling the plan. I was on a month to month plan so I couldn’t understand why there would be a need for a manager to approve canceling since I wasn't breaking a contract. I work nights so the hours management is in house is when I’m asleep and it seemed like management’s schedule wasn’t consistent because I couldn’t ever seem to catch anyone during the hours staff said a manager would be in. I had to go up there a few times and by the 4th time I was frustrated. I had to firmly speak to an associate and I felt bad because he’s just doing his job but it wasn’t until I was firm that someone was able to cancel my training plan. So just know going in that some of their corporate policies are lame BUT the members are all really chill from my experience and staff has always been friendly and encouraging. Even the staff members that helped me cancel that training plan were kind and apologetic about the situation. I’d still recommend the gym though if you’re not rolling in cash but need a 24hr gym. Definitely a nice step up from planet fitness if you enjoy free weights or want class options. It is bigger and cleaner than a lot of the other 24 hours gyms within my price range. I haven’t attended a class yet but I have a few friends who want to try them. My trainer was great. I would really enjoy working with him again if I can once my health and financial situation chills out.

I’ve been going to this gym for about 3 months now. I started training with Taylor once a week & that’s been really good for me. It’s kept me consistent & I’ve been able to hit goals I struggled with on my own. I really like the sauna, hydromassage & the variety of classes available throughout the week. The gym can be pretty busy at certain times of day, but there’s enough equipment that it’s not really an issue.

When this location first opened it was wonderful! It was clean, friendly, a great set of classes at the early morning time slot, friendly employees, just lovely. About the time the BA location opened, the wheels started falling off in Tulsa. The majority of the quality group fitness instructors left, and it seemed to be a rush getting new instructors. (There is currently one high quality instructor, Regina, she’s the best of the best!) Rushing through the process resulted in low quality instructors, ones that do not help class participants with form, the motivating comments during classes changed to belittlement. Then, the class schedules started changing. The classes that were loved & packed changed to classes that weren’t as loved & the core group of participants started dwindling.
The building hasn’t been kept up since opening. The tanning rooms are filthy, I’ve sent pictures & videos to the management team. I was told the floors get swept and mopped once a day. That is the lowest standard of cleanliness in a public business with hundreds of people in and out in a 24 hour period.
The hydro massage beds are rarely cleaned between use. They are spritzed then barely a rag ran over the surface. There is no actual cleaning happening.
The turn over rate at this location is at breakneck speed. From the top to bottom. Between the management, personal trainers and their management, group fitness instructors and it’s management you never talk to the same person twice, which creates a zero follow through on any concern and questions go unanswered.
There is one front desk employee that has stuck it out since the beginning, Tory is friendly, helpful, and very kind.
When I tried to work with a personal trainer at this location, the manager told me there isn’t one trainer on his staff that would take me on as a client because they do not agree with my team of doctors. When I showed confusion about his statement, he was rude, condescending, and gas lighted me on the topic.
Sadly it’s not as high quality as it was when it first opened. There is a lot of room for growth.

Overall gym experience is decent except for a few annoyances. The primary annoyance is that the men’s locker room music is horrendously loud all hours of the day. The next annoyance is that the classes they host are also ridiculously loud. Certainly has impacted the hours that I would like to attend this gym. Another thing is that every time I check in with my barcode, I get stopped by the front desk employees discussing an alleged discrepancy on my account. I have been a frequent gym goer at this location as well as the broken arrow location since they’ve opened and this is consistent between the two. Never has there been a legitimate reason to have to stop me to address my account.

Fits my lifestyle. Nothing really is perfect. All you need is your drive, discipline, and commitment when it comes to your fitness goals. Staff are friendly & great people. If I feel something needs to be brought up, I just communicate it to the front desk or talk to the management. If I feel that I need to put extra measures for my safety, I would just be mindful when lifting equipments. Want to cancel membership? Make sure to cancel 90 days ahead of time, get the paper receipt that has the date of cancelation & reference # or else they will inform you that "There is a user or internal error & your cancelation will not be effective etc." Their reasoning after cancelation can also be "It is 30 days required notice, but if it has another billing cycle within the month there will be a final charge for that". (Don't do it like I did & gave 30 days notice, but still ended up being charged for another month). Please do your due diligence & triple check w/them & block it from your bank to make sure.

I really like the fact that this gym is open 24/7. But I have to pay attention to when I go. I cannot stand going when classes are happening. The music in the gym is already going, then the teacher of the class will have their own music on full blast that we also have to hear, in addition to the fact that they have a microphone on and turned up all the way. I don’t want to have to hear what the class is doing or listening to through the whole gym. Have some respect for the fact that this is a multiuse space and some of use just want to do our own workout

It's an Ok gym. But sucks you can't call and cancel your membership. You can't even do it online. You literally have to drive to the location to cancel, and of coarse your not aware because their not just ganna tell you that until you want to cancel. So if you move, remember. You'll have to take your precious time to drive all the way back to tulsa to that location just to cancel. Took 2 minutes. Why couldn't that be done online? E signatures are a thing.

Had a nice workout and discovered your women’s locker room SUCKS. Never could get warm water from any shower. Just ice water. Your front desk guy Aaron thought this was funny. No dressing rooms. No shelf for shampoo and conditioner. No privacy when opening the shower doors. Planet Fitness has FAR better locker rooms. Switching back to them.

I thought it was a very good place to relax and exercise but I was wrong. There are people with guns intimidating those who are concentrated exercising and the security cameras don't work. It's not the first time that I complain about a bad job and they don't take action. I wouldn't like to go anymore because I'm afraid of the way those people who let in with guns intimidate everyone.

Do NOT recommend for personal training. You will be locked into a contract regardless of Crunch upholding their end of the deal. I texted my trainer on a Saturday about scheduling my two workouts for the following week. She told me she was off on Mondays, so we were scheduled for Wednesday and Friday. Went to the gym on Monday by myself and she was there with a client. Went to my scheduled session on Wednesday and she did not show up. I texted her and she said she forgot. My credit card was scheduled to be charged for additional sessions again in 3 days, even though I had not yet used 2 of the sessions I already paid for, even though I attempted to. At this point I wanted out of the contract, because I was also promised changes to my meal plan and daily check-ins about my eating that never happened. I brought my concerns to management and then the general manager and was unable to end the contract. Management was dismissive and difficult to work with. The general manager gave me a phone number for corporate that goes to a recording and then hangs up. I was not reimbursed for the missed session and was told I could not cancel my contract until I had it for a month, which totaled 3 rounds of credit card charges. I cannot describe how dissatisfied I am with Crunch's personal training.

The temperature in the sauna is way lower than the display. I would go as far as saying a good 40 degrees. It will read 186 and it's nowhere close to that.
Also in the hiit zone, there was a class about to start, the extra trainer made me leave the area. I was fine with that. However I found it quite odd that I wasn't allowed to get any of the equipment. All I wanted was a jump rope, something they weren't even going to use and if they were, there was more than enough. The class only had 4 people and there are like 20 jump ropes

Ck'd out a few places to compare, and Crunch was 1 on the list. It was spacious, and the guy (Aaron?) who gave my Husband and I a tour was extremely helpful, as well friendly. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We really liked our tour and the many amenities that their competitor (Planet Fitness) didn't have, like Crunch's LARGE Group workout room & punching bags! We really loved how spread out it was. We're still trying to narrow it down, but we could see ourselves working out there!💪🏾

I've been here with this gym since August 2023 after having some negative experiences at my previous gym. Crunch has everything I need to help me reach my goals. The personal training staff and instructors are wonderful all the way to the front lobby staff and managers. Jordan is one of the best personal trainers you can work with and has so far done a great job in helping me reach my weight loss goals. I enjoy the HIIT group fit classes and Zumba. Kari does a great job teaching Extreme HIIT and Frankie does a great job as well teaching Punch and Tough HIIT and Ashley is awesome at Zumba. All the group class fitness instructors are awesome. Come give them a try you will never be disappointed.

Just had to cancel my membership due to false information from the staff of when they were opening up in January 2023. Manager David and Zach (or Zack) will try and belittle you and make you feel stupid for not reading "fine print." If you sign up make sure to have a physical copy printed since the app blocks your contract and you cannot read the "fine print" after the staff rushes you in signing up. I was a member since the beginning and was told false information about my membership. If you want to try this gym, start at the base level only and watch out for the "fine print" that David will mock you for.
