Started using Culin’s services a little over a month ago, and in that time he’s become my guy for training. His empathy to your situation wherever you’re starting from makes it personable and makes you feel like you’re not just number. Weight training was never something I looked forward to because it always felt like 30 to 60 minutes of dread. But two months ago, I decided to give it another shot and reached out to Cullin. I am so glad I did.
Cullin takes the time to actually listen. He understands my past sports injuries and carefully tailors each workout to fit my needs. Every session is different. No repetitive or cookie cutter routines. It is a completely personalized experience.
He is consistently positive, encouraging, professional, and reliable. For the first time in my adult life, I am genuinely enjoying working out. I feel stronger, healthier, and I am finally starting to see real results.

I have had the best experience training with Cullin. I have always been active and worked out, even a college athlete, but I never saw results that I wanted until I started my program with him. The one-on-one training is next level. Colin would rack my weights, keep track of my goals (making sure I progress each week), and perfect my form. I saw results quick. The meal plan was attainable and never left me feeling hungry or irritable like times past. I live a good ways from Edmond, but I DM’d him explaining my goals and what I wanted to achieve and asked if he would customize me a workout routine. He had it done within 2 days, with attached links for form and everything!!! I just started so no before and after pics yet, but they’ll be coming!!!! HIGHLY recommend!

Before my first session with Culin I couldn’t bench 315. The next time I hit chest I got it for 2 reps and after repeating the same chest workout it’s gone up to 4 reps in the span of 3 weeks. He knows what he’s talking about and I’m 27 and have been around a gym since I was 12. He delivers the knowledge in a respectful manner that’s easy to understand. I’d recommend him to anyone who’s wanting to better themselves and receive an education about what they’re paying for. Solid guy.

My roommates and I Hired Cullin last year for about 6 months in order to help get us jump started on weightlifting. He was very patient in explaining why each exercise was important, and over the last year using his plan as a foundation I have lost 80 pounds and my bench has gone from 65 pounds to 205. Culin is a consummate and knowledgeable professional. I was in a slump in life, drinking and binge eating and was longing to change for the better, but wasn’t quite sure where to begin.
