The only REAL gym in McAlester----and by far the best bang for your buck! Everything you need for a complete workout, and I love the 24 hr access. Dave, Shelly, and Doug are the best!

Definitely the best gym in McAlester. I spoke with the owner over the phone and he was extremely helpful and courteous with answering my questions. I went and checked out this place for the first time and my mind is blown. So much equipment. Very clean. Lots of space. And not crowded at all. I had an amazing workout. I will definitely be coming here again next time I'm in town. Thank you Dave and Doug
