The community of Frederick should be very grateful for this gym.if you want to be healthier or lose a few pounds you can do it right here in our own little town the membership is affordable for just about everyone ,Ive been going almost 2 months now,there are no trainers or people in your business,you go when you want for however long you want. Beats having to go out of town Everytime you want to work out.

This gym is no good at all. They need to ask the city to build a bigger gym with an indoor running field for not only kids and teens, but also adults. I mean come on now, the city has so many empty pieces of land that just sit there all empty when there can be so much more stuff to do here. The staff are so amazing, but it's just how they need to ask the city to build a bigger gym with an indoor running field.
