I really wanted to support a local gym, but unfortunately my experience has been frustrating. I asked to cancel after paying for two months I never used, was told it would be done, and then got charged again. Follow-up communication has been vague and unprofessional, and I still haven’t received a refund or cancellation confirmation. Disappointed by the lack of accountability.

Love DSA. Nice selection of equipment and never feel like I'm being judged. Lots of room, hardly ever just packed full. Come try it! Day pass is only 5 bucks!!

I don't know how to get a membership if the doors are always locked with a passcode and nobody answers the phones. I didn't want to drive all the way to Clinton but I guess I'll get an Anytime Fitness membership instead.

I recently had an interaction with one of the owners of the gym that was just truthfully humiliating and embarrassing.

I pay $60 a month for myself to come to this gym. Being a single mother, my 2 year old son comes to the gym with me! There has never been a problem with him. Many people there adore him. Being as he is a 2 year old it takes time for him to adjust to places. I had walked in and been there for less than 5 minutes. I had sat down to stretch and to get my son settled in. My son is 2 therefore there is always defiance. My son had expressed himself a couple times to me by yelling no. Before I even got the chance to parent my child the owners had come over to tell me how terrible my child was acting and how I wasn’t doing anything about it. I was never asked to leave which is what angers me the most! She spent the entire conversation just trying to belittle me and it was embarrassing. Calling my child a “distraction” is wild to me considering she has a child of her own that has interrupted my workouts many times.

It’s very unfortunate and I enjoyed this gym tremendously, but the “staff” is obviously very bias with who is allowed to be there and to how they treat certain individuals.

each gym in wford has something special to offer, but with the arrival of dsa, it basically offers all of that. best location, 24/7, best prices, offers the most, good equipment. it is the best gym in town.
