ETA is one heck of a place. My daughter went there and she’s really happy with it. Congratulations Dena Ashley, and everybody else.

Asked the "coach" what my daughter needs to do to improve to go to the next level and she said "she has to tell us. I don't really know. We are all just high-school kids that needed a job". I really wanted to like this place. I ended up taking my daughter to another place that is a little more serious about getting the kids to where they want to be and helping them be successful.

We absolutely LOVE this place. All 3 of my kiddos take classes. My 8 year old is in All Star cheer and wanted to improve her tumbling skills. Her coach has been absolutely amazing with her. I’ve seen a huge change in her technique and confidence! She’s also learned some cool new tricks! I signed my 10 year up just to stay active over the summer and he ended up really loving it. He wants to keep at it and learn more! My 3 year old looks forward to going every week! She always has such a fun time and also has a super sweet and patient coach!
I can’t recommend this place more!

They are worst of the kind i ever dealt with. They don’t even have manager who you can talk to for resolution. First lady billed 460$ without any details. When i started going to classes they asked me to sign long waiver and somewhere in tiny areas it said no refunds. And i understand but there should be way to put in my daughter’s account to use it. Lady said no she cannot use it for coming month because it is not policy and now they are telling me 100 rules. Goldfish gymnastics is much better and professional than this. They want to keep the money and don’t want to give classes. This is what their policy is. I wish i could give negative stars

We have taken classes before and my son loved it. My boys do 2 weeks of camp for the summer. We are a single income household, so the fortunate part of that is that we have a parent that is home with the kids. The unfortunate part is we choose our camps very specifically. We enrolled our youngest in their summer gymnastics camp for 1 week. HE WAS PUMPED! He loves gymnastics and playing on the trampoline and rings we have in the back yard. He came home and after asking how his day was, he said he didn't like it. Very unusual for him, so I asked more questions. He said they played on Ipads and he did not have his like the other students did, so he just watched someone play on a Ipad. He wanted to use equipment, but the rings were taken down and he said he did not get a ton of time on the equipment.

All this to say, I called immediately to ask for a refund. They did not get back to me, so I called again. I received a response. The answer I received was, the waiver for the first day that my wife signed said that we are not going to ask for a refund. The issue for me is that they hold that even if it's a bad experience. Now my kiddo is out of a camp for the summer. The set-up is NOT a gymnastics camp. It's a daycare, which I never would have signed up for if I had realized that.

We are not a family who needs a daycare, we want a few fun weeks a summer and now he only gets 1 week of fun as they are adamant they do not do refunds. I understand that if we just pulled him for no reason, but we pulled him as it was not the right fit. BEWARE!

My son just had his birthday party here. It was pretty awful. The staff seemed completely put out by our presence. I was told there would be 2 hosts/ coaches who would interact with the children, maybe set up an obstacle course or do something fun with them. The employees did not interact, did not even introduce themselves to me or the kids. They sat on the other side of the gym the entire party, looking bored and sitting on their phones. When it was time to stop playing, there was no announcement, they just turned off the bounce house. No one even wished my son a happy birthday. I paid nearly $300, and felt like an unwelcome guest. Additionally, The facilities weren't as nice as some of the other local gymnastics places, with no zipline or foam pit.

If they had a 0 stars I would pick it. 20$ for a 30 minute class is ridiculous. Everyone was very rude and very stingy about refunds.

I’m not sure what is with the bad reviews! We have loved this place and had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is friendly and my daughter learned a lot!

Lost their boys team coach, opened a new practice gym with no room for spectators and like 6 parking spots total. Our gymnast left in June to pursue other sports and they continued to bill through September “per their contract?” Not very well run….

My daughters (5 & 7) are attending summer camp here and they have so much fun every day! They’re getting lots of exercise and are learning some fundamentals of gymnastics. They fall asleep on the car ride home every day from all the fun, and they’re disappointed when the weekend comes and it’s not a camp day. I highly, highly recommend the summer camp!

Really big fan of their program. Deana (sp?) seems solid and there definitely isn't any nonsense. The children seem engaged in their classes and the coaches appear to be paying attention.

Classes were canceled due to COVID19. I wanted to drop out and requested a refund, but they refused. I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. Can't believe they wanted to take my money for a service they didn't provide.

Went to a meet here just this past Sunday. The amount it cost for my husband and myself and our two kids to watch our daughter compete was ridiculously high. Last year it wasn’t nearly as expensive. To say the least if we had paid the same amount as we did this week, with the option of sitting in chairs and having a quality concession stand then maybe the value wouldn’t have been terrible. There weren’t enough seats, most people were having to stand the whole time and then barked at for standing in the way or blocking doors when it couldn’t have been helped. Also, the concession stand wasn’t organized well, the workers argued and our nachos were cold and since they were running out of chips we got all crumbs. They ran out of items within 5 mins of us being there. I don’t mind paying a higher price for attending, even though we pay for the competition....I just would like quality and value for our money.
