I have been with this training group as a client for roughly 3 years now! All of the trainers are very professional and personable. They keep what you want out of any program at the forefront of each session you attend and keep you on track to achieve it. I would highly recommend to any of my friends and family or to those that still on the fence to getting healthy. I am currently training under the guidance of Haze and he is proving to be an awesome trainer and he always provides an exhausting yet rewarding workout!
