Great place to workout...its normally pretty quiet here. The demographics lean towards a slightly older group.. but I still see younger folks here as well. The equipment is nice, well cared for and the entire facility is kept clean. I Here are plenty of times I am the only one working out...and on a busy day I rarely ever have to wait for a machine.
