The fitness center is open 24 hours/ 365 once you have a membership. Please come by during OFFICE HOURS to start a membership.
Morning office hours are 9:00 am to Noon, Monday thru Saturday.
Evening office hours are 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm Monday thru Thursday & 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Fridays.

I wish I could give this place less than 1 Star! The lady is rude and has the worst self-awareness I've seen in customer facing business. She didn't ask why I filled out the form for my son or offer a different solution. Go anywhere else, lots of great options!

This gym is fantastic! It has a very comfortable and small town feel with all the classes and equipment of a big gym! I would recommend this gym to anyone! I especially love the Zumba classes! Angie and Kelly are amazing instructors and make sure to adapt the routines to all levels! Thank you ladies for making class so much fun!

I've had a great experience at this gym! My 2 daughters also go with me and we always feel safe and have an awesome workout. They have so much to offer and the management is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

I've been to a lot of gyms over the years, and this gym is by far the best! The equipment here is mostly heavy-duty Pioneer. Sign-up is easy and there are no choke-hold contracts. This gym is super clean at all times while everyone wipes off their machine pads after they work out. They even have staff cleaning while you are working out. Everyone here is super friendly and it's never crowded. You also have the flexibility of working out anytime you want. There's a large amount and variety of free weights and cycling equipment here. Literally one of the best gyms I've ever worked out in!

This place is a joke. They're 24-7 but only have a small window each day that you can tour the facility to decide if you want a membership. I was eventually able to get someone on the line who did not seem interested at all in gaining new members and did not listen to anything I said. I will gladly take my business elsewhere and urge you to do the same

HORRIBLE experience attempting to sign up here! Owners are incredibly rude! I tried calling when I first moved to Coweta several years ago and had the same experience. Just tried to give it another shot today and can NOT believe these people run their gym this way. After 22 years of working out in the Tulsa area in multiple gyms for years at a time, I would never recommend this place! Can’t wait for the day a competitor moves into town and forces these people to provide at least a shred of customer service in order to keep their members.

My husband and I just got memberships for $54 monthly for us both. We have went twice now and really enjoy it. They have most everything you could need. Not too crowded. Clean facility.
