I have been training for a while and recently started using Zak (FitYes Fitness) for a change of pace. The virtual training is second to none. Zak is very quick to respond via the FitYes Fitness app to questions about nutrition, training, and also just giving overall encouragement. Zak tailored a five day workout routine based on my personal needs and goals and posted it to the FitYes Fitness app. Having done workouts for a while I didn't really need in person training, but there are definitely moves that I don't understand. Zak does an excellent job of instructional videos that go along with every movement in the FitYes Fitness app. I had issues with a couple workout moves due to old injuries and relayed that to Zak via the FitYes Fitness app. In turn, he quickly found alternative exercises that alleviated the pain and inserted them directly into the workout routines created on the FitYes Fitness app. The FitYes Fitness app is very easy to use and with nutritional macro tracking I am continually learning about better eating habits. The numbers don't lie. In a short three week timespan since starting with Zak, my Caliper Body Fat percentages dropped just shy of three percent all while maintaining the same muscle mass. Surprisingly to me, it was all fat that was being burned. I definitely couldn't have done it without the support of Zak via FitYes Fitness app and strong encouragement.

His shorts are too short, his hair is too long, and his jokes are super corny. He’s also the best trainer I’ve ever had. He really takes that time to become invested in your health and wellness journey and doesn’t just see you dollar signs. The app he uses is great and easy to follow. I highly recommend Zak & his training programs.

He tailors exercises and training programs to your unique body and goals. From the initial consult and evaluation of body movements, I felt I was in good hands. He assessed what areas I was weak in and included my personal goals in the program as well. Additionally, your training program changes at regular intervals. So there isn’t any period of getting bored or not being challenged.

When scheduling in-person sessions Zak is extremely accommodating and flexible. As an active duty military member and full time student this was crucial to my fitness goals.

The personalized training programs are easy to understand and follow along on your own if you choose to do solo sessions, or online coaching too. The application that you use to track your progress and complete training sessions gives you a real picture of your progress.

Zak focuses on your body mechanics, perceived level of exertion, and motivates you to keep pushing. If you’re looking to get your fitness journey started, back on track, or assistance from an expert FitYes Fitness is the way to go.

Having Zak as a trainer when beginning my fitness journey has been rewarding. He has not only been understanding and patient but also motivating and accountable. I started looking for a personal trainer in October 2020 because I wanted to get back into shape, but I had just been released from an ACL repair and I did not want to risk tearing it again.

I found Zak online, gave him a quick rundown on what I was looking for through email, and he quickly got me in for a consultation. I knew within 6-7 minutes of meeting him that he was going to be the one I wanted to work with.

Right from the start, you can tell how knowledgeable he is, and that was at the top of my list when looking for someone. He is so easy going and gives you those happy feel good vibes; he takes his work seriously but stays personable. His prices? They can’t be beat. Trust me, I checked around.

As for the results he produces, im 30, a mom of 3, and I’m 5 months in working with him; I’m down 45 pounds and 4 pants sizes, have added more muscle than I thought I could even have and feel so much better overall. I’ll be working with him for a while, I actually just asked if I could pay him ahead for a year.

Between his knowledge, his personality and his ability to teach, you can’t find a better trainer.

I totally recommend Zack as a Trainer.
I like his workout style. It is intense ,hard work without jumping up and down. It helps strengthen my weak muscles to develop a fit body so that I can actually perform the jumping up and down exercises without injury .
I have been told by everyone (physical therapist and trainers) that I have very flexible joints which keeps me prone to injury when exercising. The solution is to strengthen those weak intricate muscles for better support and function. Zach can locate these muscles and is helping me strengthen them. He also helped me to improve my diet to maintain a better workout and health in general. Zach is also very kind and has an approachable character

I found Zac almost 3 years ago by chance. Randomly walked into Studio M looking for a trainer and met him at the door. I could not have gotten luckier.

Zac epitomizes knowledge, continued education, and respect. He’s tuned into his clients limits and lives within them, pushing only as much as they need. Training with him is never a workout, it’s just fun. With results.

If you're looking for a personal trainer Zak is your guy. He's great with all types of clients. He has been my PT for over two years and I can't recommend him enough.
