I could not recommend Eli's coaching enough! If you are looking to make a positive change in your life, look no further than to Eli. Eli provides coaching that goes above and beyond. He is supportive while also pushing you to improve every session. His coaching allowed me to regain my confidence and I have never felt stronger. Eli also provides help with nutrition and understanding macros, which was vital to my success in loosing fat and gaining muscle. Before coaching with Eli, I had no idea what to do in a gym, no idea how to workout effectively. He met with me for a consultation, went over my goals, and created a plan that would work for me and teach me how to be self- sufficient in the gym. As an old lady who was once a D1 athlete, I have been around and bit and worked with more trainers than I can remember. I remember Eli though, because he got the individuality of fitness/wellness. Being a fellow trainer/training business owner (fortitude personal training)- I’ve got to give credit where credits due. Eli is the #1 personal trainer in the Tulsa area and possibly the state. Yes, he’s a great person and super fun to talk to and all that, but more importantly- he’s simply great at what he does. Flex is the only place I feel 100% confident referring people to. He was able to challenge me and do it with great knowledge and care.
I appreciate his willingness to change things up and to notice when my muscles weren’t responding to something anymore. His keen awareness and ability to communicate really helped me reach so many of my goals.
He was great with suggestions on what do on days that I wasn’t with him and even was there to create a workout plan. He helped me realize that I wasn’t getting enough protein and we worked on what I could do so that I could see the results I was looking for. He was able to achieve this in such a short time.

I highly recommend Eli for personal training. Eli provides one on one training. No group fitness class. He focuses solely on you as a client in the gym. I’ve had a prior shoulder surgery, and the other shoulder needs surgery as well. I didn’t think I could do much in the gym- I was wrong! Eli is knowledgeable and able to create a custom plan catering to my specific goals and limitations. I am stronger than ever and down 68 lbs. Highly recommend!

I’ve often thought that I wish I could have my twenty something body with the knowledge, wisdom, and experiences of my forty something brain. Finally, I stopped buying into the belief that middle aged women cannot be fit and strong.
Like most women, I have spent a great amount of time and effort participating in group fitness classes and doing anything that burns calories. Although beneficial, this type of exercise just wasn’t cutting it for me personally. After researching weight training, progressive over load, and macro nutrients etc, I KNEW this was the path for me to reclaim my health and reach my fitness goals.
However, I was completely overwhelmed by all of these new-to-me concepts especially the idea of joining a gym. I needed an experienced trainer to help me.
Hiring Eli has been life changing. In a few months of working with him , I have reprogrammed my belief system on nutrition. (Ladies, we need MORE quality/protein calories, and we need to STOP living in such caloric deficits/starvation). Eli has helped me tremendously with nutrition and implementing a macro based diet.
Lifting has increased my strength, metabolism, joint health and stability. My confidence, stamina, energy, mood, and more continue to thrive. The only things lost: inches and fat.

I've been incredibly pleased with Eli's coaching and professionalism. I've been with him for about four months, and I have achieved my initial goal of regaining strength and functionality of my right ankle caused by an injury and subsequent surgery.
I was initially intimidated to get back into a gym, but Eli has helped me understand the various equipment, machines, and how to safely use them.

Been with Eli with Flex Training for 3 months now and I am astonished how strong I have become thus far! My initial goals were to strengthen my right knee (had total reconstruction surgery years ago, but babied my knee too much), and kickstart my weight loss journey. I don’t ever leave reviews but I have to brag. I hadn’t been in the gym for awhile and was a bit hesitant to get a trainer. I’ve never had one before so it was brand new to me. But he was SO GOOD. Eli is very patient! I'm in my 40s and am not fit as I would like to be. But, he has helped me to see beyond that by encouraging me along the way. Little by little he adds to your program... As you work out with him he learns your capabilities..he will push you..(when it comes to changing self, we need someone to push us). Eli has even helped me with proper food choices. I was initially hesitant about signing up with Eli because I thought I'd feel intimidated having a male trainer but I'm so very grateful I took a chance.
