Have trained with them for over a year now, and honestly, they are the best people. I've trained with both James and Zack, and both are really great and just genuinely want you to better yourself. They know when to push you but also know when you really can't do anymore. James is a very passionate owner and you can tell he cares, he knows every little detail about his clients, he's always asking for feedback and him and his wife are always looking into doing more programs to help out as many as they can. I could write pages about how much I appreciate everyone here, but that's a bit excessive. Just take from this that you are in good hands if you go here.

James is an excellent Personal Trainer. I've been working with him since November 2022 and have made good progress in reducing fat and building muscle. As a bonus, I've lost almost 25 pounds with guidance on nutrition and diet from James. I really appreciate how dedicated he is to every client, ensuring every session moves you towards your goals while being fun.
Being 61, I have a couple of issues that limit movement in my lower back and shoulder. James takes that into consideration on each exercise he recommends, always asking for feedback on how that particular exercise affected my lower back or shoulder. I feel completely comfortable with his recommendations knowing that he is taking every movement into consideration.
Each Session has a theme, including upper body push and pull days and lower body leg days. I really enjoy that no two sessions are the same. James mixes up the routine so that your muscles don't become accustomed to the workout. This ensures maximum benefit from every session. Scheduling the sessions in advance also make me more consistent about hitting the gym and keeping the progress moving forward. The accountability that comes with working with a trainer can't be understated. I would have never reached the point that I'm at without James help.
The exercise is so beneficial for your mental and physical health. Many days, I come in stressed but leave, feeling relaxed and accomplished. If you are considering hiring a trainer to help you towards your fitness goals, there is none better than James. He is amazing. He's also a great person!

I’ve been training with James for 18 months now. Just turned 50 and had set a goal to lose weight when we met. Little did I know that after agreeing to his plan, 18 months later I would only lose 10 pounds. Let me explain: I lost 25 lbs of fat, gained 15 pounds of lean muscle mass, went from a 34”-36” waist size to 31” waist size, and I have my butt back!! Used to wear XL shirts now I wear M-L but the sleeves get tight from biceps/triceps gains. I lift more weight today than I did when I was 30 and have a way more defined frame than when I was 30.
