Fortitude was exactly what I was looking for when I went in search of a place to learn the proper technique with which to build a solid base of strength. Chase and Phoebe are extremely knowledgeable and patient, tailoring their instruction to each trainee. Each person receives personalized instruction and programming in tried and true methods of getting strong. Not a big box gym, not CrossFit, but a place to learn and practice strength. The atmosphere is laid back and just a great place to workout.

My spouse had been going to FS for 1 1/2 years and throughout that time he constantly invited me to go also. I kept pushing him off until I started noticing my balance and strength diminishing as I was getting older. I didn’t want him to be strong and me not! So I finally decided to try it out, thinking I would never continue. Now it’s 4 months later and I go to FS three times a week! At 60 I never thought I’d be lifting weights but the improvement in my balance and strength make me want to be there to put in the work. Best decision ever. Thanks Phoebe and Chase!

Wow, so I tell people at the gym I’m held together by Green tape and bubble gum- I have had my hip replaced, rotator cuff surgery- and each time coach Phebe & Chase have programmed and made me stronger. If your 50 or older you need to try this gym out there are no meatheads at this gym, only encouragement. If you do the work they will help you improve your health/life.

I broke and dislocated my femur in January and after I was released from my surgeon I was referred to Fortitude for rehab, after PT. I am stronger than before my injury. I am way ahead of my rehab. All of this is because of my trainers at Fortitude. This is a unique gym that focuses on weightlifting but it is so much more. It’s a place where I know the trainers have everyone’s best interest at heart. I have learned so much about weightlifting but I have also gained confidence in my strength and the way I carry myself. You have to work but the rewards are quickly revealed and the confidence you gain is so worth the work. Doesn’t matter what your age is. I’m 65 and I truly believe that I'm healthier than I was before. Come

If you want to improve your life, particularly as you age, getting stronger is definitely one of the keys. Chase and Phoebe are tremendous coaches. They will refine your form on all the lifts, provide you with programming and coach you on every rep.
I am in my late forties and have been dealing with chronic joint problems from career and sporting activities throughout my life. Despite these challenges, I have added 145 lbs to my max deadlift, matched my max bench press that I set in my mid-twenties despite shoulders that have been surgically repaired and sometimes do not necessarily work like I want, and added 105 lbs to my press.
The coaches and owners genuinely care about the members and their progress.

Come here to train if you want to get strong! My wife, son, and I have been training here 3x/week since May '21 and love it.

We're in our 60s and our son's 30. I've been powerlifting for 10+ years on my own; they've never lifted a barbell before, but we've all made amazing progress...injury free! Coaches Chase and Phoebe watch every rep and provide cues and guidance on how to hold and move your body under a load.

We train 4 main lifts; squat, bench & overhead press, and deadlift...these provide a full body workout every session using 95% of all your muscles. Each of us has gotten stronger, gained more energy and endurance (basically muscle!), and seen amazing improvements in our quality of life.

The coaches do all your programming each session. The location is clean and limited in size to 7 trainees each class, so it is definitely not like your commercial box gym at all. Training is individualized and tailored for what you need…if you're not strong enough to do a particular lift, the coaches will program in modifications or assistance exercises to get you strong enough.

Whether you're a complete novice or a competitive lifter, this is the place get strong in OKC...you will definitely see improvements in your life as you make the commitment to get stronger.
