As a former pro athlete, Foundations has an elite level feel to it with the trainers to match. TJ is the most knowledgeable fitness coach in OKC - his clients are in good hands. Highly recommend if you want an upscale but welcoming vibe!

Started going to foundations 3 months ago & it’s the best decision i’ve made for myself!! The classes and workouts are always challenging but fun and designed to help you reach your goals. TJ and Dalen are great trainers, very knowledgeable and motivating. You can tell they care about building strength and confidence in every client. Highly recommend! And a great community of supportive people!

Foundations is the best! You can attend classes with some of the best trainers or you can come on your own time and do the workout that is on the TV! I love the flexibility of being able to choose. We always have a great time in class and I love the community that is being built here!

I love this gym! TJ & Dalen are very knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely care about helping you reach your goals with the right form and technique. The workouts are great. It takes the guess work out of what to do. It’s great because the goal instead to just make you tired, there is an actual plan an program to make your body change. The coaches are also great!

There’s not another private gym/personal trainer that I’d go to in OKC.. Premier level private gym centrally located that also offers group classes.
I’ve been going for 2 months and counting and I’ve already seen massive results physically and with the amount of weight I’m lifting thanks to TJ. Could not recommend Foundations enough 💪🏼
