Probably one of the cleanest gyms I’ve ever visited. Everytime I come in, Destiny seems to be ALWAYS cleaning. I’m happy we have a small town gym with standards. Highly recommend this place

This is a great gym. They have about all the equipment one would want/need, and the gal at the front desk is always sweet and helpful. Only thing I wish were different is the music— it’s usually pretty harsh, and everyone wears headphones to listen to their own. Still, it’s a good place to work out!

Four Star (Guthrie location) has been the most difficult business I have ever given my patronage to in recent times. To get my account handled properly, I have had to deal with the staff at the Mustang and Yukon locations as the staff at the Guthrie location have given me excuses as to why they cannot address my needs related to my account. I opted to obligate myself to Four Star Guthrie for a year, and entered into a contract with them on February of 2024. I attempted to cancel my membership February of 2025, at the end of my obligation of my year contract. Not only could I not cancel my membership at the first of February due to the Guthrie location not being staffed on weekends (February 1 fell on a Saturday), but when I was able to go in and fill out a cancellation form on the very next Monday…I was not informed that I would still be charged for the month of March. I had to find this out on my own when I was continually contacted by Four Star’s third party billing contractors. This third party contacted me repeatedly after I had filled out my cancellation form as well as paid in full my final balance for the month of February, leaving me under the impression that I had fulfilled my payment obligations and all other terms of the contract I had entered I to with Four Star. I just got off the phone with the Mustang location staff (who are very knowledgeable and efficient at their jobs) where I paid for yet another month of membership, which in my opinion is well outside of my obligations to Four Star for the terms of my year contract which I had entered I to with Four Star. I believe Four Star to be poorly run and to be attempting to filch money out of members any and every way they possibly can. I would appreciate an opportunity to speak to someone in a position of authority regarding this matter, and I welcome any contact made with me on Four Star’s behalf.

Great things about it, size, amount of equipment, 24/7 kids room, changing rooms not in locker rooms and bathrooms,the list goes on. Now let me tell you about Destiny and Drew great with customer relations, knowledgeable, helpful and great with customer service. My husband and I joined 4 days ago. And we love it! We have 2 boys, 1 is 6 and the other is 11 months old. Jaci takes such good care of our kids. I was nervous about it because I haven't left my baby with anyone. He absolutely loves her! We feel right at home here and I highly recommend anyone who is considering going to go! We really appreciate Destiny and Jaci are amazing!

2 stars for the fact that it is convenient, open 24/7 and usually the staff is great! However, their cancellation policy is trash. Please be warned if you plan to cancel, do it a month before you actually want to cancel or they'll make you fill the form out in person and refuse to actually cancel you until you pay even more... We called to cancel, as we were unable to plan time to go to the gym due to life, they told us we had to come in person. My husband went in person, filled out the cancellation form and then asked if there were any fees needing to be paid. He was told no, the cancellation would be done. No worries right?
Wrong!!! We now have a 2 month balance+ late fees that they are insisting we have to pay in order for them to cancel the membership. What's sad is that due to the membership we signed up for (during one of their special deals) we already had to wait a certain time to be able to cancel. I was fine with that as we did agree to that. However, I feel that if someone goes in person to the gym to fill out forms for a cancellation, asks if there are fees and is told no, this should be honored. Maybe even a call of oh I'm sorry, I mislead you and there is actually fees that need to be paid first...
I will never come back to this gym again even if in a different location. Seems like a money trap...

We love this place!!! Drew is awesome, kind, considerate and extremely helpful!! We love that the terms and conditions were explained and detailed. 2 choices made very clear to us to choose from.
1) choice of a monthly contract.
2) choice of no contract.
Feasible and doable prices we don’t even feel the monthly cost. Thank you Four Star for being so awesome! And for employing Drew!!!

I have been a member of Four Star for a bit longer than 6 Months now. I tried the other fitness centers in the area and this place is the one that earned my continuing business. The staff is friendly, polite and genuinely works hard to help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility. The location includes a wide range of equipment, cardio machines and free weights. The bathrooms are nearly always clean and tidy. In the event that they aren’t, the staff usually resolves this fairly quickly and does what is needed to correct the issue. I will continue to be a member of this place as long as it remains this way. If you haven’t tried Four Star Fitness, I highly recommend it. You may well be their next happy, loyal member.

I left 1 star review earlier today stating to not join this gym because of the cancellation process. Someone gave me a call very quickly to explain why they have it set up the way it is and offered to ease the process for me.

If you don't know, your one-year contract turns into a month-to-month and in order to cancel, you have to send a 30-day notice through snail mail. Which meant I was going to pay an additional two-months for a gym membership I was not using.

Although I still think the cancellation system is unnecessary, I do appreciate the customer service. My only advice for them is to be more upfront about the cancellation process when signing people up for the gym. Meaning, explain to people what it will entail, the right time to cancel so you're not paying for more months than you expect, and explain that the one-year contract seems to be more like an infinity contract if you're going to be charged indefinitely until you mail in the form.

Overall, I liked the gym, the customer service, but am not too much of a fan of the cancellation process.

This gym is heavily equipped to provide you with everything you need to get your workout in. No matter how skilled of a workout you are looking for, from beginners to extreme they have it all!! The only concern I've noticed in the year I've attended is its not always the cleanest especially the tanning bed, so I suggest bringing some antibacterial wipes with you, and always a pair of flip flops if your gonna tan, it's a stand up bed& the floor is usually dirty. Other than that I would recommend it to anyone.

I love this gym. It has EVERYTHING. And the prices are amazing, free tanning, child care... it is one of the best gyms I've been to and I highly recommend this gym.... It is definitely worth 5 stars! However, its just so packed you can not get a good workout. Yes it is 24/7. But some people have jobs, school other things so they can not go after hours..... STILL LOVE THE GYM!

This gym just recently opened in Guthrie and I signed up today! The childcare offered and affordable monthly rates were the driving factors behind my choosing this gym, as well as the excellent reviews from the other locations of this company. Destiny gave me a tour of the facility and answered all of my questions. I’m a first timer at the gym and she really helped give me a good rundown of the equipment.
