The gym is great, lots of equipment, clean, and 24/7 access. I especially gotta give credit to the management for fixing an issue I had with them. I thought I had canceled my membership with them in August but there was miscommunication between us and I ended up paying for 2 more months before I officially canceled it. Upset about this, I immaturely posted a one star review disparaging the gym instead of just talking to a manager. However, Adrian, a manager, reached out to me and handled things like a professional. He paid me back my two months and showed me grace while I was acting childish. So thank you Four Star for being an honest company and caring about your members. I had to cancel because I have a surgery coming up but once I recover I’ll definitely be coming back.

BED BUGS!!! I have been coming to this location for 2 years and I recently noticed that it was no longer being cleaned and furniture had been removed due to bed bugs, so I left a Google review. I utilize the Mustang and Moore locations. I like that I can use multiple locations. I like that the gym is 24hrs. I like that a child room is available. I like that their is a posing room.
I don't like the membership. I feel like I should be able to bring a friend for free, instead they charge $17.50. I don't like that the child room isn't always attended. I don't like that the Moore location doesn't have a personal changing room option. I've been in a contract for almost a year and I won't continue my membership. Ultimately the deal breaker is being charged to bring a friend.

Has everything you need for a lift and cardio. Love they have plenty of squat racks, dumbbells past 100lbs, and 5 stairmasters. Beware if you go during peak hours, sometimes the teenagers show up in groups of 5 and have no social awareness but overall a great gym.

I am from out of town visiting from Texas, I was recommended this gym in Mustang. I had to go see what all the hype was about. This gym is one of the best gyms that I have ever been too. It is very very well kept clean. Other gyms I have been to were very messy, with trashes full, and restrooms very dirty but not this gym. Everything about this gym is very neat. My favorite part is that one membership gets me into every single 4 star gym in the city.

Nice place but due to me having a month to month agreement and not being able to return to the gym because I was forced by the doctors to not work out and couldn’t even leave the house because of my back.. I called to cancel my month to month agreement. Explain to the girl I can even leave my house. I was told the only way to have them stop drafting my bank account was to come into the gym in person. Well if I could I would but unable to because of my back I was still charged every month for the past 6 months.. I feel bad business on the gyms part.. so just know if your unable to move and go to the gym in person and your hospitalized and on narcotics and unable to move, you will still be charged month to month..

I walked in with my husband to cancel our membership that comes out of MY bank account. I signed papers and was told it was cancelled. Next month rolls around they are still billing me. I see they've done this to others by the looks of the reviews. I'm from out of state and a previous bodybuilder so I chose this gym for the newer equipment, but it's so tiny you're either surrounded by douchy guys or people that stare at you and ask you when you're done every other minute. I'm guessing I have to come up with a different approach when I visit this location with my husband to inquire about this. Get everything in witing, their word is worth nothing. Don't forget that it is in their financial benifit to fail to follow their own cancelation policy. A policy which they will not allow you to have in writing. Four months after filling our cancelation paperwork we had to place a stop payment through our bank. Now their saying we should have snail mailed it to a offsite third party. Not a bad gym until you try an cancel.

My husband and I are both in the military and leave often. We wanted to go to a gym while in Oklahoma that was not corporate.

If I new what I know now I would have never given my business to such slimy businessman. Garret Garner, the GM, couldn't even call us to discuss our situation. We canceled in February after some of the trainers at the Yukon location were awful to other gym goers. We walked up and filled out the cancelation form in front of the trainer I was with. The young kid at the front desk took the paper back and said we were good to go. Long story short we have been checking back for MONTHS now and they are still charging us. Should have read the reviews because it appears many others have experienced similar situations where they continue to be charged and magically the staff has no recollection of the cancelation. I even offered to provide the exact date and time so he could pull the camera footage of us filling it out. Garret even lied and said I was at the gym in the last month which is IMPOSSIBLE because I have been TDY.

Laughable that the replies from the business are rude and childish. This is not a professional business, even his trainers say horrible things about him. Take your business elsewhere with better facilities and less drama.

Good gym and they offer good equipment! BUT very small. Barely any room to even lay a mat down. They did have an area for mats but bought more equipment and now there’s zero room. Hope they decide to get more space soon otherwise me and my wife are going to find another gym.

Beware when you sign up and try to cancel. They make the process very time consuming to get every last dollar from you. If I could give zero stars I would. Sub-par gym anyways. Take your business elsewhere!

Clean gym with great equipment. The only complaint I would have is the gangster rap music, but they play a variety so hard to complain there. Awesome gym.

There is a lot of weights and things to work out on but no locker room and that's okay. There are four other locations that you can use in the city

Excellent customer service. Dakota was very helpful showing me the entire gym and its services. Very clean and the equipment is like new and in good working order. The 24 hour access is a great benefit as well! The price is very competitive as well. Probably the best gym in Mustang.

Only thing your gonna find here is a bunch of kind hearted and genuine people! Never met one mean soul! Very dedicated, non judgmental, and clean environment. I'm in love with this place.

Had a prior complaint and Alyssa gave assurances that the issue would be looked into. That being said, my 17 yr old son is quite dedicated and happy to use the facility. Because of the courtesy and professionalism of the management in handling the complaint and son's satisfaction, it's easy to give a 5 star review.

Been coming to this gym for 2 months and the staff is not helpful. The sauna never works at this location it does not get hot enough and I know how to use it properly because I use it at another location often and never have a problem with it getting to temps of 145, which is why I know that the one at this location is not getting hot enough because its always at 115. If a machine is out of order it takes a long time to fix however, they did fix it after this review which I appreciate. Gym is small and gets busy during late mornings and evenings but they will soon have a new location in Yukon. If you join this gym make sure you get a copy of your contract because I didn't and have asked twice about cancelation process and to get a copy of my contract and have not gotten a response...
