I’m new and I have not worked out in a couple months. I was a little nervous walking in because it’s been so long since I have stepped in front of the gym.
I’m not sure how it’s all going to go down but I have a positive feeling about it because of my encounters today. Shout out to Tia at the front desk for answering all my questions and even telling me when she is working she would help me understand the machines I may not be familiar with. She kept encouraging me that it was a family type feel gym! Also, Ray who also was so encouraging as well.

We've been going here for about 3 and 1/2 months now. I actually got my whole family to sign up because it's a great gym to work out at. They're always getting updated/new machines brought in, which is nice! The tanning bed and sauna is a plus. The people at the front desk are always smiling and I don't ever feel uncomfortable working out here. Everyone's so helpful and friendly. It does get pretty busy at times, like right after work / 5:00 p.m. but I've never had a problem waiting super long for a machine and treadmills/cardio machines are always available. They have a no contract option but the contract option is a pretty good price if you know you're going to be coming to work out consistently. All in all this is a great gym with a really inviting and friendly atmosphere.

I would avoid this place - they don’t keep it clean, and they don’t usually have wipes to wipe down the equipment. Which covid and other diseases love! Ontop of that they allow people to run around without shoes (which smells disgusting) and kids are running around too. Overall a circus, not a gym

I'd like to give a big shout out to Ray & Gage, the fit camp trainers. They are on point clear & efficient in their approach. They go through the motions slow & steady before starting the clock, so everyone understands how to properly execute the exercises properly so they avoid injury. VERY MOTIVATIONAL & ENCOURAGING I MUST SAY FOR BEING IN A GROUP SETTING IT IS SO REWARDING DRIVE WISE!!! Overall, I have made so much progress being at Four Star Fitness Gym & fitcamp. I've been working out here for the past 8 months. I love the new expansion it feels so much more spacy and comfortable! So getting in to it, other than the main set of dumbells going up to 100lbs or so there are 2 smaller back up sets of dumbells going up to 50lbs so youll always be able to find what you need. Great selection of machines, and if they break, they are fixed basically immediately, so your routine can stay on track. I'm not a big cardio guy (get all mine at work) but there are plenty of cardio machines. Next thing is the posing room. I like being able to take my shirt off, ride the shorts high, under some nice downlighting with a sick pump, to inspect my progress without having to look like an idiot by doing it out in front of the entire gym of people working out. Next, for me at least, the tanning booth. We all know keeping a nice tan makes you look even more jacked. And finally, the 24 hour accessibility. For me this is huge as my hours at work might as well be schizophrenic. I need to work out sometimes as late as 2AM, and having that freedom to continue my gains regardless of the time of day is key to my progress. Also let me say, I'm not a big talker to other people at the gym, I'm just not. I like to just go into my own world. But everyone I've talked to since joining has been very nice, helpful, and respectful!

Facility was nice when I went in March. That was the last time I went. Tried to cancel my membership 23 Sept, and was told I was locked in a contract. Once my contract is out I will be canceling. They have tried charged me multiple times daily trying to get the money I owe them for my monthly fee. I called the number from the email that said there wasn't enough funds and told them I wouldn't have money until Wednesday the following week (this was Thursday). They informed me it wouldn't try anymore because it had already tried too many times. They lied. It has tried a minimum of twice daily all weekend. I think Sunday was the only day they didn't try. The Yukon facility has been the nicest facility of the 3 I've visited.

Great Gym but pay close attention to the contract. First month is free, but you are under contract for 12 payments and then when it’s time to cancel, they require a 30 day notice. This gym is very misleading and preys on their customers pocket books. I strongly advise against signing any contract with this gym. They never once gave me a copy of the documents I signed and billed me months after my membership expired. When I inquired about why I was still being charged, they claimed you have to go in person to cancel your membership otherwise it will auto renew. When I canceled, they not only required I paid the month that they attempted to bill after my membership expired, but they require a 30 day notice fee, essentially another month of a membership that you’re canceling. This gym is a disgusting example to our community and they only care about their dollar, not improving the lives of their members.

I just got off work and want to relax and enjoy my workout - but the music is so overwhelming.

I can’t believe I’m paying almost $50/month for this.

Great place to work out at. It tends to get really busy during certain hours, so I recommend to go very early in the morning or very late at night. There's also a sauna in both the men and ladies' room. Also a boxing room, great for martial arts practitioners. The lighting here is also amazing and I always leave feeling refreshed and way more confident. Definitely recommend for gymbros.

Here is how to cancel your membership at this gym. You have to go in person to pick up a cancellation form. Then you have to snail mail the form to their HQ. Then they charge you for one extra month. Why can’t you just cancel online or over the phone? Why can’t you email me the form since I need to mail it out anyways? Why snail mail? It’s 2023 and I don’t understand why we let gyms get away with this. As far as the gym goes it’s alright. Very small with limited amount of equipment. Staff is really nice and helpful.

This is a great gym. It can get a little crowded at times but there is plenty of equipment. They could use more flat benches I think.

Not worth the money. Go somewhere cheaper with a better staff. My wife stopped going for 11 months and $40 a month is a lot of money to be wasting. They won't let me cancel the subscription unless she goes and signs a paper in person. She has been unable to physically go in because of our circumstances. However, the staff there will not accept anything other than her physical signature. They are bullies.

The billing was put on MY card, that has MY name on it, not my wife's name. The unprofessional staff failed to check the card to put the proper name on file. And with this legal mistake they still won't let me come in myself to sign their papr instead of my wife. They would rather I start a small claims court lawsuit against them before they budge.

Me and my girlfriend both had a year long membership with them. Towards the end of our contract she asked the employee at the front desk what we needed to do to make sure our contract did not renew. He told her nothing needed to be done and the contract would not auto renew. Four months after our contract ended we both realized that we were still being charged a monthly fee. I contacted the manger who basically didn’t believe us about what the employee had said and wouldn’t refund any of the money from those four months. Go to a gym that won’t lie and steal from its customers.

Love working out at this gym. Nice location, plenty of machines and equipment, free tanning, free classes, free childcare, friendly staff. If I'm feeling unsure what to do, I can take a class - the yoga or HIIT classes are great, I always leave feeling like I got a good workout and the teachers are friendly, encouraging and knowledgable. I mostly just workout on my own and like the dark room if I want to do floor exercises without feeling on display. If my kids were younger I'd totally take advantage of the free childcare all the time. I like that you can add family members to your account for a discounted price. Makes it easier for gym time to be a family thing.

Excellent place to workout with fair pricing. Highly recommend. Also, with a membership you can get a discounted membership to Four Star Fit Camp. It's class style personal training. Great group of people, intense workouts, and highly motivating.
