This is a place that you can be proud to call home. Equipment is ok, but what sets this place apart is the staff and other patrons. I am part of the 0400 group that hits the gym before work. The entire group is supportive, welcoming, and will push you hard.

Staff is helpful and friendly. The gym members range from teenagers to seniors (I am a senior). There is plenty of equipment for everyone. Members can access all equipment 24 hours a day. I have been a member about 4 years now. One-on-one is coaching is available for a fee.

this is truly God's gym was sick and wanted to get off all the medicine I prayed and God led me to this gym now I only take one medicine and hope to be off that at some point

Its been great experience so far. The staff that I met so far have been a pleasure to talk to and extremely helpful. The equipment is up to date and has always been clean and working properly since I started. Sorry I haven't took any pics. To add but will soon. I don't know how the other locations are but the Mannford oklahoma location has been great so. All I can say is Way to Go and keep up the good work.

Brian and Stacey have one of the best gyms around. There is so many pieces of equipment to choose from. Even if you don't know how to use the equipment. You can always ask them and they will be glad to show you.
