Master Sohn is patient, knowledgeable and gives supportive instruction in a manner that lifts and inspires. After 2 days, I knew this was the right avenue for my son who has ADHD and SPD. It won't be the right decision for everyone but if it is, you'll know it immediately.

My daughter trained at GDTKD for over 3 years. We are so grateful to have found GDTKD, and we couldn't have been happier! Master Sohn is incredibly patient and supportive. I have been attending Golden Dragon Taekwondo for over six years, and it has been a fantastic experience. They are excellent at accommodating physical limitations, including a couple I have due to knee surgeries and injuries. I love the motivation of working out with a group and having clear goals to work toward—something I’d never achieve by going to a regular gym on my own.

While I don’t have kids of my own, I am a classroom teacher, and the Golden Dragon staff has more patience than I do! They work with families to build confidence and social skills in a way that is developmentally appropriate for every age.

My 3 kids and I have been going to Golden Dragon Taekwondo for almost 2 and a half years now, and I can’t say enough good things about them. They have had such a positive impact on our lives. The instructors and staff are so knowledgeable, and keep the atmosphere positive and encouraging. The classes are designed so that all ages and all levels of physical fitness can participate and yet also be challenged. And the classes really are fun. My kids want to go every day. We have done lots of other activities, but this is the only one they want to do every day of the week even after 2+ years.
