I work out of state and was only in town for the night, called this gym up and asked for a day rate even though though I was only going to use their facility for maybe 2 hours. They told me to come right on in which is a huge blessing for me since while im on the road I try and budget as best I can. The atmosphere was very welcoming. Even though I still newer in my health journey I felt no judgment from anybody as I worked through my techniques. The facility was very clean and spacious with plenty of equipment for any workout you could probobly need. If im ever back in the area I would definitely come back here again.

Been going here for awhile. An ok gym. Good area. A bit expensive for what you get compared to other golds gyms or other gyms period. No pool, no tanning or massage machines, not 24hrs, no daycare (some might see that as a plus), no outdoor area like some golds have. Cardio cinema is cool. As a gym I think it's just average. Meh. It doesn't really have anything to compete with other gyms. The only thing is that it's not too crowded as most people have left likely due to the cost or the new Crunch fitness 3 mins down the road with more benefits and equipment.

I had the best customer service experience with Zie this morning-- I was in town for a funeral and #everydamnday I commit myself to training no matter where I am. In the US. I train and live in Phoenix, AZ and she was just as awesome as my home gym crew!!

This Gold’s gym has an incapable staff that leaves the gym dirty and unorganized. The manager is almost never present at the location and the machines are always left with weights on them which could easily have been re-racked by staff. The sauna was not working for even one day within the year that I attended the gym. The process to cancel your membership was absolutely horrible and painstaking. Word of advice, get a membership anywhere but here.

The staff are the only thing that is exceptional at this place. The two guys at the front desk, and the assistant gm were all very nice. The gym is fine. Equipment is pretty typical, especially for corporate places. Gym etiquette does not exist here. I took a video to share on my IG for my gym members to see while i was here visiting. They all had a good laugh. There was weight left racked on literally every single plate loaded machine except one at that moment in time. You will have to clean up after other people, and i imagine gym etiquette is not enforced due to some corporate directive following the "customer is always right." nonsense. 90% of the people i observed in this gym wouldnt last a week in my gym. They would be terminated pretty quickly. Gold's Gym sure doesn't carry the reputation it used to.

Spacious, good equipment selection, its easy to get in and out of before 3pm, but even when its crowded its not hard to get in and out of, the staff is friendly they make a point to say hello when you arrive and have a nice day when you leave. Personally i love coming here, not only is it close to me but its right off the turnpike so it doesnt demand much of a commute for me, combine that with everything ive mentioned i dont see myself ever seeking another membership.

Must stay open 24/7 every year a golds gym is permanently shutting down. There’s so many other gyms opening every month. This gold gym is in a very good location north memorial. Have been here a little over a year and the sauna has went out over 10 times and takes about 2 weeks to get back working. Not sure if they clean their bathroom floors or anywhere in the lockeroom. Have had pool and spa closes since covid and don’t want to reopen because of the financial burden. The basketball court is only half, and you can’t even get grip because there is no maintenance done. Unfortunately this is the better option than planet fitness and lifetime is to expensive. Maybe a new owner could fix this or better management. I have been member of this Quail Springs gym for 10.5 years. They always have amazing staff members. They always greet and make me feel welcomed! Most of front desk people know me by name, which is something of huge importance to me.
Lany, Jacob and all the personal trainers are just great people.

They always have great sales on energy drinks, supplements and apparels.

I never have any issues.

This is one of the cleanest gym I have been to. The cleaning lady greets people with a welcoming smile. She keeps the entire facile cleaned. From the men’s locker, shower area, sauna, restrooms to the work out area.

Their equipments are modern also well maintained and kept clean most of the time.

I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone. I also enjoy the quality of the people who workout at this place.

Those were the only things separating this gym from cheaper options that also allow 24/7. Now you will lose many customers like myself. I would highly recommend not going to Gold's Gym. Their customer service is atrocious. This gym unfortunately closed and there were some good staff here, but as part of closing they move your account to another gym that is at least within a 6 mile radius even if that gym is in the opposite direction of your house. I now would have over a 30 min drive to get to the gym and when I went to cancel they said they would need to charge me the remainder of my month and an additional month after that despite them inconveniencing me. I tried to explain the situation but they just continued to point back to their policy and contract. I recommend avoiding the centralized, unempathetic nature of this company.

It’s a good gym but they closed the steam room and pool. I know a lot of people don’t use the pool but I don’t understand why the steam room was closed as quite a bit of people used it. They have a sauna but it does not get hot. The room leaks through the doors and I think some of the coils in the sauna doesn’t work so it doesn’t get hot. It definitely needs replacing and fixing

Was time to get to a better gym as my work outs advanced. A little overwhelming at first but I've settled in. They have every piece of equipment imaginable. Free weight area is a nice size & they have a great space to stretch. Also, plenty of stairmills. The place is extremely clean, staff is friendly & their hours are spot on. Really love this facility. I lost about sixty lbs working out here a few years back and loved the equipment and attitude of staff. Rejoined a few months ago and the staff is just as friendly. Weights are just as heavy too, and there's plenty of them to go around. Golds fit class with Stephan was a game changer for my fitness and everyone I talked to in this gym had a great attitude. Also, the basketball court is nice and people don't get too competitive during pickup games! Especially with price where it is now, I highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area!

Since I signed up for a 12 month agreement with the Quails Springs location, I have had several issues with your staff members not being able to fix account billing issues. A problem which the employees themselves admitted multiple times was something that THEY did wrong. After several months and headaches later it was finally fixed however, this is not the point of this email. A few months ago, I requested to one of your staff members, over the phone, that I did not want my membership to renew when it ended this March. He told me that I was go to go. He did not mention anything about filling out a cancellation form nor did he email it to me. All I wanted to do was cancel my membership, I gave plenty of notice but your staff failed to do their job and inform me of the necessary paperwork to complete. At this time, I would like to request not only an immediate end to my membership but also a refund of the charges occurred that would have otherwise not been applied to my account

Thank you for the quick response. As per my previous email, the policy of written cancellation was not made known to me when I asked your employee on the phone to request a cancellation. Which I did at least 30 days prior to March 2021. Your employee did NOT tell me I needed to send an email or fill out any form to cancel when I asked. I did my part but your staff member failed to inform me of the required steps to properly cancel when I asked in the first place. That is the issue! I would have happily sent an email, fill out a form what-have-you. Because of this blunder, I'm now paying for two extra months. I request a refund of the aforementioned charges to include the charges that will occur in April.

I say 5 stars because it meets my needs, however yours might be different. I don’t really attend classes that often I just exercise alone most days, and I’ve seen the staff clean regularly when I go at 5 AM, not to mention they are always friendly too. Stay away. Go to the golds in Moore or near the expressway. This place is no good! Overcrowded, dirty, and the front end staff is good, but the back end staff is not on their game. Save yourself the trip, and go elsewhere!

The gym is nice and in a convenient location for me. Just be ready for random charges on your credit card that they wont tell you about when getting signed up. i read the contract and found some of the charges and brought them up but even then they still found ways to charge me for other things. its a good gym at a decent price but with all the fees ill probably be looking to upgrade since im paying more anyway

Stay away! They stopped offering a class at a time I usually go. So I try to cancel that membership and they want to hit me with a extra 80 dollar charge to cancel a membership that they canceled the classes...

This is by far the best Gold's Gym in Oklahoma! You won't get a better experience at any other gym! The staff is amazing, the amenities are great, the instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, and the pool is always clean! Come check it out!

I've been to several of the Gold's Gym's and this one is a smaller gym. It's easy to do quick workouts. For those who like watching movies, swimming and steam rooms, then go to a bigger Gold's. As far as this gym goes, it's clean and easy access from Memorial Rd. If you live within a mile of the gym, you can jog there for cardio and then lift.
