I love this gym so much. I go every day and the staff is so friendly. Good layout and I love the walking track. However, I have a few complaints. The parking lot is terrible every time I drive on it I get whiplash from all the potholes. 😥 And I feel like the floors lately have not been very clean. There is dust and lint all over the back workout rooms floor. And some of the machines could use some repairs, cleaning, and possibly some new equipment. And over all just keeping things organized and clean. Also some doors on the bathrooms would be great and better lighting in the gym. 😂 No hate to this gym at all, just wanted to give some tips on how I think the place could improve. I will remain a loyal customer because I love this gym.

Was actually going to neo orthopedic. For the acupuncture needles and tens unit. It was the best pain relief, that I had ever experienced in 42 years! Jamie baker changed my life by taking away my debilitating pain at least temporarily and that allowed me to be able to be active my kids and wife! I highly recommend this place especially if you have any kind of static nerve pain or lower back pain at all.

The Gym is actually a very nice gym for this area. It has sufficient equipment and it also was just pleasant because of the staff. I had a picture of this place buried in my phone but the benches looked brand new. Appreciated that . Overall it was fair prices and the staff was super welcoming.

I no longer go to a gym since I have a home gym now but this place served me faithfully for many years. The closest thing to a fitness mecca you will find in the area. Great staff, great equipment, and a fantastic uplifting atmosphere. You really cannot go wrong with this place for all your fitness needs!

Jamie and his entire staff really know thier stuff. I can walk in feeling defeated, incapable, and in pain. By the time I leave I not only am out of pain but my spirt is lifted too. Guys your doing great!

They have an excellent variety of professional workout equipment. Some machines are Cybex but most of them are Nautilus. The Nautilus machines operate very smoothly. They also have free weights--barbells, dumbbells etc. I'm able to get a complete workout there.

What are all the activities that you can do here like is there tennis ,basketball, a track still, I just really want a basketball court bc my kids love basketball and I need to workout to get healthy they are teens so I want a family plan but I think the basketball court will be my deciding factor. If not I’ll have to go to bears den.
