EDITED Update: franchise owner emailed and assured that I was removed from their contact list. She explained that while it was noted by the caller, I was never fully removed from their contact system. I appreciate her following up and can gladly say I haven't received a spam call since.

My daughter and I come here daily for our workouts, we are greeted EVERYTIME we come into this place, the tall woman that this lady commented on you are absolutely wrong about, she's not rude whatsoever, she is kind, giving and absolutely caring, her and all.of the girls make you feel like family when you come in here, I can't express enough of how much these ladies continue to uplift me everytime I come in and it gives me even more motivation to want to come in daily especially on days I don't feel like it, you can't be mad for someone asking you to please be mindful of everyone else that's in this place, I could hear her entire conversation inside of our workout room over my trainer on the TV, i heard her from the time she came through the door, all of the entire time of my 40 minute workout, AND yelling and acting out to both of our girls up front and our girls never reacted. She was rude and disrespectful to Jennifer and to April, and honestly that counts it being rude to everyone in there that's trying to listen and concentrate on their workouts, because this lady was blowing up and being rude, she was kindly asked to keep her voice down a little so everyone else in there wouldn't be disturbed, nobody on this location was out of line besides the woman that was on the phone from the time she walked in YELLING, to the time she left blowing everything out of portion. Our girls weren't wrong she was, this is ans will always be my home away from home and the girls will always be like family love to all

I am visiting this location from out of town. I have an everywhere account and was really excited to try a different location, but a little apprehensive. However, the welcome and hospitality I received was way beyond my expectations. Karlie (I hope I'm spelling her name right) was phenomenal and extremely kind and helpful. This just makes me love Hotworx so much more.

I have never been here and by their reviews they sound amazing. Unfortunately what is not amazing that somehow I am signed up at their gym and have made payments around $200 for a place I have never stepped in or have a desire to be. I have called and was told I would have to pay$100 to cancel my membership . I have called and they just keep taking money out and could really care at all how this might he a small amount of money for them but it is alot for me and my family.

My wife had been raving about HotWorx when she joined, and after seeing how much she loved it and the results she got, I had to join. Cara at the BA location is phenomenal! She is helpful and welcoming, and really glad to be a member here! Highly recommend!!!

Not often, if ever do I leave negative reviews, however, this one definitely calls for it.

I was wanting to upgrade my membership to the Sweat Everywhere membership due to moving from the Broken Arrow area. At first, the manager told me I needed to come in to sign to upgrade my membership, rather than being able to send me a document to sign. (I forget that some businesses do not operate in the 21st century????)

After expressing my frustrations and the fact that I cannot drive 45 minutes out of my way to sign an upgraded membership form, they then told me I could send an email stating "I want to upgrade my membership to sweat everywhere immediately" but I would still need to come in and sign..... what?

I've asked repeatedly for the owner to contact me, seeing as how they have a high turnover rate with store managers and she has yet to call.

The agreement that is signed does not state anywhere that you have to come in person to upgrade your membership, it does state you need to certify mail or come in to sign a cancellation form.

You would think a franchise would want to do everything possible to retain membership, but this location clearly doesn't.

I have spoken with another location in the Tulsa Metro area and they told me they could make accommodations if Broken Arrow was to give me a hard time about switching my account.

My advice is HOTWORX is amazing, but if you're going to sign up, do it in a location where the owner owns MULTIPLE Hotworx, so they can accommodate you with your membership questions, concerns, and complaints and the owner actually responds.

I am speechless, and in love with this gym. I couldn’t dream up a better gym. It is what dreams are made of and I absolutely love every single feature of HotWorx. After sweating my butt off with hot cycling and hot Pilates, I still want to go back! I couldn’t recommend this gym more!!

This facility is amazing. I love the science of “hot” workouts with the infrared sauna. Don’t be fooled - it is so much more than yoga. You can achieve any level of exercise desired. Weights, rowing, bike, etc. Facility is always clean and 24/7 access seals the deal.
