I joined HOTWORX recently and I already love it! There are so many different workout options and you can do 15 or 45 minutes, which is super nice when you to fit a quick workout in! Plus Taylor Swift is playing constantly, which I love, and the overall vibe is amazing and positive!

I’ve only been going to Hotworx Moore for 3 months and I have never felt better. I’ve lost some weight and I’ve been able to sustain my energy level all day. I love coming here! I shy away from big gyms because I feel intimidated but I don’t feel that way coming here. I specially like the lemon towel at the end of my workout session. The staff is also so warm and inviting! Will definitely recommend to all my fiends and families.

This place is an absolute joke! The owner/manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Corporate needs to step in! Trying to cancel is ridiculous especially with the ever changing stories from the manager. Not to mention the facility is unsanitary and smells.

I love this place more anything !!! It is my namaste zone and I love that alot of times I have the whole sauna to myself and it’s really relaxing and refreshing. On the contrary it’s also nice, that if I’m in a chit chat mood I can just hop in a sauna with another girl or two and gossip and catch up! I will never go some place else.

Well when I was going i liked the classes other than people aren't held accountable for taking a spot in the class and not showing up. Anyway I froze my account instead of canceling as ya'll suggested. I was told it was $5 month to freeze but that is wrong it was $10. Then my account was unfrozen without my knowledge. So I called to cancel 5-6 calls no answer or message service annoyed.So I went in because no one would answer the phone, the rude lady at the front desk literally couldn't help or answer any questions. I figure it out online and am being charged 3 full months to cancel. Complete bullshit, I would never recommend signing up with this company they are dishonest. I work with the public and will certainly not be referring anyone else to your establishment as i did refer several in the beginning.

Hotworx. I newly a member and I love it. Very clean and nice staff. Love that it is open 24/7 with safety measures in place. The 90 day calorie challenge is great to help with consistency on going with prizes at the end of the 90 days depending on your rank. Hot thunder and hot stretch have to be my favorite. Not much of a cardio girl but the 15 min of just pure sweating is great for someone like me. I alternate with going her and lifting weights. Can’t wait to see my progress down the road

Been hearing a lot about this lately..so I decided to try it..and I absolutely LOVE it!!! I did my trial session and started with a 'hot stretch' and now I can't wait to try the hot yoga and pilates and the cycles! I came in to cancel my account in May and the women told me for $10 I could freeze my account until I was ready. The women asked when my golf season ended I said October. On October 1st. I was changed $50 for the rate for unfreezing my account. Up to this point I was spending $10 a month to hold the freeze. I asked if I could cancel and if there’s a way I could be refunded the $50 since I wasn’t coming to use the service. In the rudest tone she explained not only can I not get a refund, I would also be charged $50 for the next 3 months. When you sign up there’s a contract that states you need to give 3 months notice I guess. So I canceled both cards on my account so they are unable to withdraw the money and will be telling my friends how unreasonable they are.

This was awesome. I wish I had found out about it years ago. I had one of the best workouts I’ve had in a long time. I’m recovering from a kidney infection and I needed a detox and I also need to work out and this was the perfect combination, I’m actually going to cancel any gym memberships I have and stick with this. Dawn and Lyric, the Girls working the desk were beyond words excellent customer service. I got the anywhere pass since I travel all over the United States and for the price and the convenience and the 24 hours open times for members, this cannot be beat.

One of the rudest and unwelcoming places I have ever tried to attend. The owner complains to new customers about their neighbors, so I decided to go next door and see what it was all about! Let me tell you, I see why she is complaining! JAZZERCISE Moore was so much fun and welcoming. Hot Worx should take some pointers on how a fun workout can be. I hate gyms. I pretty much won’t go even with a membership. Hotworx is different! The saunas allow me to go workout and not feel like I’m on display. I don’t compare myself to those around me because it’s just me and the tv!

I’ve been to 3 Hotworx locations and the one is Moore is by far the cleanest and well staffed. The owners spend a lot of time there making sure things are done to high standard.

I travel a lot for work to Texas and New Mexico so I signed up for the sweat any where. Over the past month I have visited different HotWorx studios while out of town, and I can say we have the best! The complimentary cold lemon towels are amazing after a good workout and they are not offered at any of the other HotWorx that I’ve been to, only in the vending machines. The staff is always polite and helpful when I need anything and do a great job keeping the place clean!
