I am thoroughly enthralled with Hotworx. I have been attending sessions for just over a month and have noticed significant improvements in my strength and overall happiness. My daily attendance has been consistent, with only one exception. However, I have encountered a few issues, including some users setting the sauna temperature to 130 degrees, despite the clear guidelines advising against it.
Additionally, some individuals have been booking one class and attending another, which has caused some confusion.
My preference is to work out alone, unless I am participating in a HIT class.
My main concern is the leader board, which I believe is inaccurate. I work diligently to achieve my calorie burn goals, whereas some attendees seem to be using the sauna for relaxation rather than exercise. I am aware that location cannot rectify the app's issues.
I remain a HUGE fan of Hotworx and would suggest that others give it a try. However, I will not take your leaderboard as seriously. I love hotworx!!

I love mustang HOTWORX. The staff was very welcoming for me and my husband. The classes are fun and very challenging. I love the saunas and how much of a change on our body’s since we first started!! I never really liked the gym but ever since I started at HOTWORX I love to come everyday!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service and management here, specifically Abby, is horrific and completely unprofessional.
We cancelled our membership and fully understood we would be locked in until November. I personally came in, signed the cancellation forms, and explained that the reason was due to moving. At that time, everything was acknowledged and understood.
Today, Abby called both myself and my child in the most unprofessional and rude manner, accusing my daughter of not paying her membership. For well over a year, we have always been billed together under a group membership. HotWorx made the mistake of separating our accounts when I came in to cancel. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, Abby spoke over me, dismissed my concerns, and aggressively demanded my card information to “catch up” my daughter’s account.
This is not how paying customers deserve to be treated—especially after we had already cancelled. Abby’s lack of customer service skills, professionalism, and basic respect made it clear she does not care about her members. I would not recommend this location to anyone

While the staff and facilities are great, please make sure you are aware of the contract and freeze period and the fact that they will make you pay for a couple more months to cancel. They will also have no exceptions of cancelling except in person. Little frustrating that’s it’s this stringent for a gym, but the staff is all very nice and the facilities are truly great saunas so that experience was great, just a very stringent cancellation policy with no exceptions of cancelling in any other way than in person. Read the contract well in case you have to cancel last minute. I sadly didn’t pay attention to that part. So ended up giving away a lot of free money.

I’ve been going to Hotworx in Mustang since they first opened, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. The atmosphere is so welcoming and motivating — it’s a place I look forward to going to. The infrared heat makes the workouts challenging in the best way, and I’ve seen amazing results. I’ve gained muscle, lost fat, and just feel so much stronger overall.

As a working mom of two little ones, finding time for myself is a real juggling act. Being a founding member of HotWorx has been a game-changer for me. The vibe is so welcoming, and I can work out at my own pace, which takes the pressure off.

I love that the workouts are around 30 minutes long. That’s perfect for my busy schedule! Plus, the infrared sauna really helps with recovery and detox, making my workouts feel more effective. It’s nice to know I can squeeze in a session whenever I can, without the usual gym stress. The community here is fantastic, too. It has truly helped me feel more like myself!!

THE BEST fitness studio Mustang has to offer. I love that it’s 24 hour access, so I can get my kids to bed and go get a quick workout in late at night. Whether it’s a quick 15 minute HIIT workout, a 45 minute iso, or both - you can choose what works best for your schedule. Definitely more burn in less time, which is great. I feel the best I have ever felt since having kids thanks to Hotworx!

Absolutely obsessed. I’m so glad Lauren and Grant brought this vision to Mustang. Not only is this a great space for community, but this has been great for mental clarity, health, and just overall wellness. I have been going for about a week and feel amazing. It’s so easy to create a schedule that works for me and my family/work plus when I walk in I know exactly what I’m doing, how long it will take and it takes the guess work out of cardio/HIIT workouts. Bring a towel, water, and come ready to sweat!
