HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that provides members with access to a variety of virtually instructed infrared sauna workouts. Experience the benefits of infrared energy and heat through a 15-minute High-Intensity Interval Training session or any of our 30-minute isometric workouts, including Hot Pilates, Hot Yoga, Hot Barre, Hot Core, Hot Cycle, Hot Blast, and many more. HOTWORX studios are also equipped with a Functional Exercise Area with free weights, bands, ropes, and more! Once you sign the contract to sign up and pay the ridiculous mandatory fee for the mat and towel, if you ever plan on cancelling your membership they will force you to notify them in writing (what year is this?) 60 days before cancelling OR pay $99 per person. We were originally told after the 90 day sign up we could cancel at any time. However was never advised of a $100 fee to leave this "gym". Don't recommend signing up here.

I’ve been a hotworkx member since they first opened the Owasso location, I LOVE it and recommend it to everyone. So convenient and fast amazing workouts. Also the staff is amazing and always so friendly!

I joined Hotworx Owasso toward the end of January and have absolutely loved it. The owner and staff are amazing. They are all so kind and personable. The affordability, variety of classes at all times of day and night, ease of use, etc. make it so that the only thing standing in your way of accomplishing your goals, is yourself. I am so thankful to have found this gym.

Abokautely loving HotWorx in Owasso! I started a little over a month ago & the workouts are so good! I was very unsure about working out inside of a sauna but it’s now what I look forward to every day! The staff is so friendly + helpful too! My favorite part is the variety of workouts they provide! There’s literally something for everyone!

It's not just for ladies! Men can go too! My boyfriend and I workout together there! Also, the studio and bathrooms are always clean! The staff is always very kind and greet you when you walk in!

After being a hotworx member for four months now, I love it even more than when I started. The 24/7 access gives complete flexibility while the virtual classes still offer structure for the workouts. I thought working out in a sauna sounded miserable, but it’s a different kind of heat and the most productive kind of sweat. The workouts are easy on the joints, and the heat helps so much with muscle recovery. Everything is kept clean, and the staff work hard to be responsive and available. So glad they came to Owasso!
