I have been going to Hotworx for a few years now and still love it so much! The videos are constantly switching up so things don’t get repetitive, but you always have the option to just utilize the sauna and do your own thing if you are getting tired of them. Having 24/7 access is perfect during college, I just wish the classes were offered at different times on different days to accommodate schedules better but overall 10/10

The facility is nice. The rooms get hot. The work outs are okay. Why one star? They make it difficult to cancel your subscription. You have to go in person and then you have to talk to the manager! Why? AND THEY REQUIRE A 60 DAY NOTIFICATION TO CANCEL. That’s right. I canceled in December but still have to pay Jan and Feb fees—or they will kindly let you pay $90 to cancel immediately. 🙄. It is good for hot yoga. Just beware!!

I have always loved this gym it's been such a life changer for me! Recently, we have gained incredible staff here at the stillwater hotworx, and they are truly amazing! The new manager is always so kind and upbeat when you come in, and that really gets you in the mood to work out! You can just tell what a difference they are making for people and for the studio! I'm really happy about all the positive things happening since they have all started! If you haven't given hotworx a try, I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed! I switched from planet fitness to here and I'm so happy with my decision! I've been attending hotworx since the start of this year! The setting is so private you get the whole sauna to yourself and you have a personal code to get in! PLUS 24 HOURS! LOVE THAT
I actually wanted to share my experience the other day I was really wanting to know this yoga pose and the lady there (she's awesome and I'm sad I don't know her name to mention her!) She was ready to help me find the name of this pose! So helpful! I thought it was absolutely amazing that she literally called Ashlee B on FaceTime yes the actual virtual instructor and right there she got me he name of the yoga pose and even helped me better position myself in it by telling me what to move and where! That kind of service and care to me is wonderful! I always asked about the detoxify dietary supplement they offer and she was so helpful with the information on that. I highly recommend this gym! I'm so glad I joined!

This HOTWORX location is incredible. Stillwater - you are so blessed! We visited the Stillwater location while visiting our kids at college. Very attentive staff. Incredibly clean, well laid out gym area, and of course awesome hot workout saunas. The concept is awesome but this location is particularly superstar quality!! Thanks Hannah and Jennifer! I LOVE Hotworx. I was a little skeptical at first because how could someone just workout in a box and lose weight? I also didn't like the video aspect compared to an in person trainer.

I tried a FREE class (hot Cycle) and enjoyed it. The biggest thing I noticed was that there was no judgement from others and I immediately felt comfortable.

Every staff member that I have come into contact with have been so warm and welcoming. Saunas are always clean and I have it to myself unless I am going with friends. It's a plus that they're open 24/7, so I can go whenever I am free. Videos change every few months so I don't get bored of the same thing. Come give Hotworx a shot, you might just fall in love too!

I love hotworx, the staff treats you like family. They keep everything super clean which is a big reason why I love working out there. Hotworx seems scary but you control your temperature in your workout session and it’s nice to push yourself. Overall this is the place to be!!

This is my absolute favorite place I have ever worked out at! As a former college athlete I love a challenge, HOTWORX gives it to you! I have been out of sports and honestly all athletic activity for a few years and even though this place is TOUGH it truly works for everyone at any fitness level!

The facility itself is ALWAYS clean! It is always stocked with cool towels to refresh, just for an updated bottle filler on the water fountain, and actually smells good! ((For a gym that focuses on sweating, that’s saying something. Employees and new owners truly care about this place!

The workers are nothing short of amazing! Hannah and Lauren are always so helpful. If you need anything, don’t understand something, or just need something to make life simpler they never hesitate to help! The are courteous, professional, and friendly!

I would recommend HOTWORX to any and everyone! I absolutely LOVE my time there!

I love this gym so much!!!! The cleanest gym I have ever been to in a long time! You really do sweat so much more at this gym and you feel that you put in so much work! The best place I have ever worked out! I love it!. The only thing is some of their machines need some upkeep. For example the cycle machine seats are falling apart and the row machine in sauna 10’s dial will not work.

Edit to say that the friendly people at our local space called to clear up our issues. Apparently a confused staff person sent us on the national goose chase. Always grateful when small-town courtesy wins out!

The space is fine and we enjoyed our time there but when we needed to cancel they made it impossible. On the phone forever with the national sales office because, even though I can open an membership at my local, I can’t end it. Even after we thought we canceled they all of a sudden drafted 3 months worth of membership yesterday. So unprofessional. So indecent.

Hotworx is such a fun place to get your workout in. It is crazy how easy it is to workout in the infrared heat and it leaves you feeling great afterwards! Plus the staff is always friendly and accommodating to your needs! Wouldn’t be a member at any other gym now!

Hands down THE best gym out there! Every workout available there is full body and really gets you sweating! I've never been happier with a gym 🥰 All the employees are so helpful and help and encourage you to get to where you want to be! There are so many things I have to say about this place. I signed up with them on February 14th to become a member. I was told that I had to have a 3 month commitment which was fine and worked perfect because I was moving in May. It is now the end of May and I have experienced the worst customer service ever. I was told my first month started March 1 because that was the first draft date which means that I May 1 would be my 3rd draft date (3 month commitment). I contacted the manager the last week of April to set up a time to cancel my membership and I was told that I can't meet until after my 3 month commitment (May 2). So we set up an appointment the first week of May. The day of the appointment, she cancelled on me and told me to bring a letter in. So I took the letter and was told I would still be charged for June because you have to give a 30 day notice. I was NEVER EVER told about a 30 day notice, only that I had to have a meeting with the manager to cancel. SOOO basically I am being charged for a 4 month commitment because the manager refused to meet with me before May 1 and 30 days was into June. I will never be going back to HotWorx Stillwater. Was also very rudely spoken to on the phone about this ordeal. Do not go to HotWorx unless you want miscommunication. I don't even live in Stillwater and am having to pay for this membership!!!!!!
