This is great gym for moms who need flexibility and a peaceful place for their work outs.

Great Custumer care and for that, I will consider rejoining in the future. There was a miscommunication with my canceling of services and they were extremely kind about it. I will happily refer my friends and family to check out this gym as I know their customer service is top-notch and their facilities are kept in great condition.

You definitely get hot. You definitely Worx it all out. And you definitely see changes within a week! This is my favorite work out I’ve ever done. Tried a hot cycle class at this location. Very clean, well kept establishment. I was so pleased with my workout and the customer service we received from booking the session via text! This is the first time I've started a gym membership b/c I love this workout studio so much. Especially in the pandemic era, it's so nice to have a safe workout space. You book your class ahead of time on your app & get your own 'sauna box' where you follow along one of their workout classes. The infrared heat really makes a difference in the workout & toning of your body. Love this place!

Where to start... From the moment you walk in you have a great experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They always make a point to get to know you personally. Then you step into the facilities- ALWAYS clean and kept up. Next you step into the sauna for a workout- great virtual instructors, updated videos, top notch equipment (including the FX zone weight station).

I LOVE this gym. I’ve never been able to keep in a routine with a gym and I wake up everyday ready to go. The infrared heat makes muscle recovery so quick so I’m not dying for days from sore muscles which makes it even easier to go every day. I have nothing negative to say. 100% worth it.

Update!! Still a great place to work out I lost 30 lb before the covid-19 shut down. I gained back 12 lbs during the shutdown but I've lost 2lbs again since starting back up. Great place to work out come try it out.

This location has a new owner and is opening this week. They are good people and knowledgeable about the infrared sauna workouts. I got to meet the owner and see the facility. I have tried the infrared sauna workout on the hot blast stationary bike and it is absolutely wonderful. You will sweat and burn calories, lord knows I need it! I look forward to using this facility. HOTWORX has helped motivate me to be consistent with workouts again. You have a wide variety of workouts to choose from and the gym is open 24 hours to cater to your scheduling needs. I love working out at Hotworx! It feels like you’re doing something really good for your body. It’s super hot & it will get you sweating pretty much immediately but totally doable getting through a workout. The benefits are well worth it! I sleep SO much better at night on the days I get a Hotworx workout in. It relives tense muscles and improves flexibility! My skin even feels smoother!! The staff is super nice and helpful as well!

The owner is extremely rude, condescending & belittling of customers. She bans people from the facebook page when she doesn’t like them questioning why they haven’t opened or had any progress in 6 months. She also can’t keep employees because she can’t pay them. I would go to the 41st & Harvard location where it’s owned & run by a much better business owner & much kinder franchise owner.
