If you have been afflicted with Parkinson Disease, they have Rock Steady Boxing as a form of physical therapy. Great people and have classes 5 days a week at different times. Great If you are still able to work, they have day and evening classes. What ever works for you! It's also affordable
They also have many different fitness classes for everybody.

I’m SO happy that I started training with Kristen at Impact Fitness! I have never been inclined to exercise, unless you count walking to the fridge, and have always felt uncomfortable or intimidated in a gym setting but now I look forward to my training sessions and have even started attending the group classes which was a total no-no with me before. Kristen finds the exact right point between challenging and supporting me. I am making great progress with my goals; I’ve lost fat and gained muscle and I just feel great! Based on my awesome experience, my husband started training at Impact Fitness with Lori and he is also really enjoying his sessions. Just all round good stuff!

Great culture and accountability. I'm not one that enjoys exercise usually, but I look forward to coming here. If you have a sore spot, Kristen does modifications specifically for you. Lori had been great at my nutrition coach in holding me accountable and providing encouragement. Highly recommend!

Kristen Phelps, owner of Impact Fitness, is my trainer. I’m 67 years old and I’m stronger, more flexible and feel better than I have for a very long time. It is so easy to find workouts online. It is not easy to find a group of people who love to come together to have a great time after work and sweat it out. I love this gym because it’s where I have met amazing people who are tons of fun, but still push me in quality workouts. Kristen (owner, trainer, rockstar mom, brilliant business woman, comedian...) knows her stuff! She’s shown me stretches for muscles I didn’t know were the source of my pain, and she can always come up with a modification if someone has an injury. There’s just a comfortable, “make me feel at home” feeling here. Highly recommend!
