Welcome to Brookside's Health Club! We're a forward thinking membership designed to elevate your fitness, recovery, and overall well-being.
Expert Care - Members are not left to "figure it out" - our personal trainers guide you so you can stay on track and meet your goals in a holistic way.
Efficient Timing - Our workouts are less than 30 minutes with flexible scheduling to help you fit the session into your day, not let the gym dictate your schedule.
Science and Technology - Our science-based programs utilize top-of-the-line equipment to minimize time spent and maximize results.
Choose from semi-private memberships or one-on-one personal training or drop in for a workout, an infrared sauna session, or cold plunge.

Time-efficient, effective, safe, science-based, fun. Expert guidance. Tech-smart, safe strength training plus cardio including Reduced Exertion HIIT on Carol bikes plus recovery (sauna, cold plunge, compression boots) plus mobility/restoration (classes and private) plus access to physical therapists plus fun people.

Iso Club has completely changed the way I think about fitness. At my stage in life, I wanted a gym that was effective, low-impact, and tailored to my needs—and Iso Club delivers on all fronts. The 20-minute workouts are efficient yet challenging, and I love the state-of-the-art equipment that helps me build strength without straining my joints.
The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive, ensuring I get the most out of every session. I also appreciate the focus on recovery, with options like cold plunge and infrared sauna that make such a difference in how I feel after workouts.

It sometimes feels challenging to find a gym that is accessible, sustainable, approachable, with results! ISO’s staff makes everything so easy for the client, the technology that allows for a shorter workout means I am more able to be consistent, the workouts are easy to grasp and do even when they push you, and I’ve seen results on building muscle for the first time ever! I’m so thankful for ISO and love being there. The recovery elements (sauna, cold plunge, and cold boots) send everything above and beyond!

Seriously the best gym!!! If you have a busy schedule and don’t want to dedicate hours a day to working out- this is the spot. All of the machines are so great but the sauna and the cold plunge are my personal fav!

I've been doing this for 2 years now and it is still my favorite!
This is my favorite workout system ever. I've been working out with a trainer for 13 years and these are by far the best results I have ever had (times 3!) in the shortest amount of time. These trainers are also top notch, very knowledgeable about the body and great with modifications if needed. The equipment uses cutting edge technology that I have never seen anywhere, it maximizes your effort to greatly increase results . They offer stretch sessions, a Fit3D body scanner, physical therapy and recovery sessions. Also, there is no contract! Come try the first week free, you will love it.

Nothing like it in Tulsa (or OK for that matter). Great for people who only have 10 or 15 minutes to workout and/or experienced gym rates who are looking for something truly different to ramp up their workouts and recovery. Great staff and atmosphere.

The most incredible workout. I have worked out for years 4-6 times a week. I would consider myself fit. I could definitely see and feel a difference after one time. A must try workout!
