About the Club

I graduated with a B.S. In Kinesiology from the University of Central Oklahoma. I specialize in Personal Training, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and Boot Camp.

My goal is to help individuals change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible. Getting fit doesn't have to be difficult but often times it is. With contradictory information out there it can be confusing to know what to do.

I spent years going up and down with my weight trying fad diets and killing myself in the gym only to become more discouraged. This led me to getting the right education, knowledge and guidance to do it RIGHT!
I have helped many ladies over the years with success stories of their own. It is my passion to help individuals.

Jamie Bell is truly an exceptional personal trainer. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and she strikes the perfect balance between challenging me and keeping me safe. I have a few injuries, and she is always mindful of my elbow and knees while still encouraging me to lift heavy and get stronger.

Since I started training with her in August, I’ve already lost 17 pounds and feel stronger, more confident, and more capable than I have in years. Her attention to form, her patience, and her ability to adapt every workout to what my body needs have made such a difference.

If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and truly invests in your progress, Jamie is the one. Highly, highly recommend!

Jamie is such a beautiful person inside and out. She only wants to see you succeed. She wants to know your goals and she makes sure they get met with her training. Everytime I worked out with her the muscle we were hitting that day was PUMPED in no time. She knows what she is talking about. Jamie will make you work, but the hour honestly flies by. She will take into account what you know about your body. If you need to slow down, she will.
