I began training with Jill in Sept of 2023. I met with her, we discussed my goals and came up with a plan to achieve those goals. Within 2 months of targeted weight training and Jill’s expertise in nutrition I began to see drastic changes in my body. She is extremely knowledgeable in the exercises needed to obtain the physique you desire. Her particular method of weight training in which she focuses on body weight while incorporating weights is obviously a skill that she has mastered through her years of experience. Jill knows exactly how to help you get you that body you will be proud of!!! In addition to being the drive you might need and/or so desire she also is one of sweetest ladies you will ever meet. Best decision I have made!!!

I have been training with Jill for years and she is a wonderful trainer who truly cares for her clients! She is always switching up workouts, pushing us to do our best and helping us to modify when needed. Jill Jordan Fitness is the BEST!!!

Jill is very knowledgeable and changes up the workouts each time. She is also encouraging and supportive. The classes are small and the hours are flexible. She has a great location. I love working out with Jill.

Jill truly loves what she does. She is great at connecting with people and makes you feel super comfortable when you're around her. I got to witness my mom go through a wonderful transformation since she has been working out with Jill. My mom has more strength in her body then she has had in years. She tells me how great she feels all the time and how much she enjoys working out and doing weight training with Jill. If you are looking for a trainer who focuses on women's fitness in Oklahoma I would highly recommend Jill Jordan Fitness.
